[CIMSA More: World Heart Day – FOMO Trends to Keep Your Heart Healthy, With Sports You Do Wholeheartedly]

Our bodies constantly depend on the heart, which endlessly supplies blood. When it stops pumping, life itself is inevitably snatched away. This statement certainly helps us understand, in simple terms, the importance of the heart’s function as the body’s most vital organ.

In today’s hyper-connected, sophisticated world, lifestyles are changing, and sedentary habits have become commonplace—we see them everywhere and engage in them even ourselves. But do these modern conveniences always have to lead to negative consequences?

Fear-of-missing-outs (FOMO) has become an enormous part of social media culture and a huge phenomenon across a wide range of contexts, one of which is sports. Although this culture is known to be quite short-lived and tends to be highly consumptive in other areas, FOMO itself can have a very positive impact when applied to positive things, such as the recent outbreak of sports trends.

So, let FOMO be your motivation to start healthy habits.
