What started as ideas turned into action, and what was once waste found new purpose. This year pushed us to create, collaborate, and keep believing that sustainability can be thoughtful, beautiful, and impactful.

2025 was filled with projects that challenged us, collaborations that inspired us, and conversations that reminded us why we do what we do. Every workshop, every product, and every installation was a small step toward a more circular future.

Belajar, berkreasi, dan menikmati proses bersama 🫶

Setali mendapat kesempatan menyelenggarakan workshop pembuatan bag charm upcycled bersama 104 mahasiswa Australia dari program ACICIS Study Indonesia. Menggunakan sisa kain, para peserta diperkenalkan pada konsep upcycling sambil bebas mengekspresikan kreativitas mereka dalam merancang bag charm masing-masing. Workshop ini menjadi wadah yang rileks dan menyenangkan untuk memahami keberlanjutan melalui praktik langsung — sederhana, seru, dan penuh eksplorasi.

Setali berkesempatan mengisi workshop upcycled bag charm bersama 90 mahasiswa Australia dari program ACICIS Study Indonesia.
Dengan bahan sisa kain, para peserta diajak mengenal proses upcycling sambil berkreasi membuat bag charm versi mereka sendiri, mengeksplorasi ide, warna, dan bentuk. Workshop ini jadi ruang santai untuk belajar tentang keberlanjutan lewat praktik langsung — sederhana, seru, dan penuh eksplorasi.

Setali at Fuji Textile Week

Setali Indonesia is honored to be part of Fuji Textile Week, presenting an Indonesian perspective on upcycling, material care, and human-centered textile practices.

Featured work: The Breathing Weave
A textile installation that views weaving as a living process—shaped by breath, rhythm, time, and the intimacy between body and material.

The work evolved through shared making sessions with Fuji residents and visiting artists, using fabric waste from Indonesia and Fuji. Here, weaving becomes a space of exchange—where stories, materials, and gestures meet across cultures.

Dari limbah menjadi karya. ✨
Melalui proses upcycling, Setali mengubah 45 kg sisa kain menjadi instalasi seni yang unik dan penuh cerita — membuktikan bahwa limbah punya potensi untuk menjadi sesuatu yang indah dan bermakna.

Dalam kolaborasi bersama DoubleTree by Hilton Bintaro Jaya, sisa kain diolah menjadi pohon Natal, bingkai, hingga mistletoe berbentuk kepingan salju. Tak hanya materialnya, fondasi karya ini juga terbuat dari material yang ramah lingkuran.

Inilah cara kami menghadirkan seni yang tak hanya menghias ruang, tapi juga membawa nilai keberlanjutan. Jelajahi lebih jauh layanan karya seni upcycled Setali dan mari ciptakan keajaiban dari limbah bersama. 🌿♻️

From waste to wonder. ✨
Through upcycling, Setali transformed 45 kg of textile waste into a one-of-a-kind art installation — proving that discarded materials can become something beautiful and meaningful.

In collaboration with DoubleTree by Hilton Bintaro Jaya, leftover fabrics were reimagined into a Christmas tree, frames, and snowflake-shaped mistletoes. Even the foundation of the artwork was thoughtfully crafted using responsibly sourced natural materials.
