NISKALA is a post-ceremonial waste management service that allows Balinese people to live out their Tri Hitana Karana through zero waste ceremonies. e idea of a simple waste management service at the UN Connect2effect hackathon in Ubud, Bali. They soon teamed up with Anna, a creative designer and environmentalist hailing from Jakarta, Tim, an Australian music producer and filmmaker, and Lindsay, a California native and former healthcare project manager who has been chasing adventure through South Asia for the past year. The team members of Niskala are unified in their deep love for Bali and their commitment to a sustainable world.
