MTRE3 UNDP Market Transformation for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency It founded by Global Environment Facilities (GEF).

MTRE3 is the national project cooperation between The Directorate-General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation - Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (DJEBTKE - ESDM) and UNDP Indonesia to support the design and implementation of appropriate climate change mitigation actions in the energy generation and energy end use sectors. The project will tackle the barriers to the widespread application of RE (renewable energy) and EE (energy conservation) in Indonesia.
