Pastor Ben Heny Graff was born into a family of Christian missionaries. His grandparents, siblings and cousins are all serving in God's Kingdom in various parts of South and North India. Pastor. Ben Heny Graff's parents have been faithfully serving God in AG (GSJA, Assemblies of God in India) for almost 80 years. They have 3 main churches and few other branch churches in Tamil Nadu, India, with ar

ound 1000 believers all together. Pastor Ben Heny Graff gave his life to Christ when he was 12 years old (1999), and he entered Bible College when he was 17 years old (2004). God shifted Pastor Ben Heny Graff to relocate his ministry from India to Balikpapan, Indonesia, when he married Helena Beatrix Kaihena in December 2017. He had to abandon all of his mission fields, family, and believers in order to heed God's call. He was also working as Administrator of an International Christian Organization (FICF) from Switzerland in India, which he had to quit as well. Helena Beatrix Kaihena, his wife, was a Finance Manager with a high-paying position at AKR Company in Balikpapan. She quit her work in September of 2019 to fulfill God's desire for her to serve Him full-time. Pastor Ben Heny Graff has finished his Bachelor of Theology (3 Years) and his Masters of Social Work in Medical and Psychiatric (2 Years). Even though they both are well qualified, yet they humble their selves to serve God in any/every situation of mission fields. As Apostle. Dear Mission Prayer Partners,

We are delighted to share with you the testimony of our recent mission trip to Rote Island, NTT, in partnership with Harvest Mission, Bali.

The journey itself was challenging. Traveling from Balikpapan to Kupang via Makassar, followed by a four-hour ferry crossing and additional road travel, all within a day, required much endurance. Yet through your prayers and God's sustaining grace, we experienced His strength every step of the way.

During the 11-day mission from April 9–20, our schedule was fully occupied with ministry opportunities. Each day was divided into two parts: mornings in schools and evenings in churches.

We visited six schools and ministered to approximately 1,600 children. Through Indian songs and dances, we shared short messages about living honorable lives, respecting society, and understanding God's purpose for their lives. The response from the students was both joyful and inspiring.

In the evenings, local churches organized special revival meetings. We ministered in eight revival events and four Sunday services, reaching more than 1,000 people with the Word of God. During these meetings, we gave opportunities for people to respond to God's call. Our messages focused on building faith in Christ alone, walking according to His Word, and trusting Him in every circumstance.

Many communities in the region continue to struggle with the influence of witchcraft, black magic practices, and spiritual instability. Therefore, our emphasis was not primarily on miracles and healing, but on repentance, forgiveness of sins, and restoration through Jesus Christ. We encouraged people to turn away from sinful practices and return wholeheartedly to God.

One of the most moving experiences was witnessing children, youth, and adults respond to the Gospel. Seeing many come forward, leaving behind worldly lifestyles and sinful practices, and surrendering themselves to the Lord was truly encouraging.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who showed us love, hospitality, and support during our time in Kupang and Rote Island.

Praise Report!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful church in Bontang. The Good Friday and Easter services were powerfully blessed by the outpouring of His Spirit.

Our sincere thanks to Pastor Samuel Irwan of GBI Kelir, Bontang, for the invitation, and to everyone who showed us such love and hospitality during these three days of mission. We truly felt welcomed and blessed.

What an awesome God we serve! The Lord has been opening incredible doors as we continue to pray daily for new opportunities to reach new islands across Indonesia.

As you already know, we are pursuing our fourfold vision for the decade (2024–2034). We are praying and moving forward in faith to fulfill the vision God has entrusted to us.

We are excited to announce that we are coming to Rote Island! I’m not certain if it is accurate, but I was told by our host that I may be “the first Indian preacher to set foot on this island.” If that is true—praise the Lord!

More doors are opening, and more are on the way. Thank you for standing with us in prayer.

Important Update

Many of you have asked us to share more videos and photos of our mission journey—to see what happens behind the updates we post.

What you usually see is only the front side of the mission. Behind it, there is another side—the long travels, difficult roads, challenges, and unseen struggles.

We have compiled about 30% of our videos and photos into one collection. This is only a small portion of the journey. Many moments were filmed in darker conditions, which are hard to see or fully understand. So we selected 30% that were recorded during the daytime.

Dear Mission/Prayer Partners,

Words cannot fully express how God used us in Central Kalimantan during our 10-day mission trip this month. We preached every day in schools and churches, many of them in tribal areas. Despite rain and challenges, we traveled more than 1,350 km by car and successfully completed the mission.

We ministered in 13 different places, where the Word of God flowed powerfully from our hearts. We were able to share the Gospel of Jesus with many new people. The glory of God was evident, and many experienced freedom, as these areas are strongly influenced by black magic and witchcraft. We honor the servants of God who are faithfully working in these regions, and we are grateful to support you through our Rescue Life Mission Team.

Good news: We are planning and praying to reach 500 young people through a 4-day outdoor conference and revival event this year.

This mission was very well organized by my friend Pastor Martine (GBI Bamban).
