From the absolute basics to global workforce ready! 🌍✨ Our 31 enthusiastic young women from Bali WISE Intake 65 recently turned a standard General English class into a high-energy launchpad for real-world career readiness. Guided by their instructor, Miss May, and our wonderful UK volunteer, Miss Hannah, the students took on the challenge of mastering the simple present tense by using their own everyday habits. They kicked off the session with a dynamic guessing game, eagerly translating Miss Hannah’s expressive movements into complete, grammatically correct sentences in real time. 🗣️🇬🇧

The energy kept climbing as the classroom transformed into a bustling interview hub, where the students stepped out of their comfort zones to interview peers, staff, and Miss Hannah about their daily routines. 📝🎤 To lock in their new skills, they tackled an advanced writing challenge—shifting perspectives from first to third person—before taking the stage to confidently present their stories to the entire class. From classroom theory to flawless five-star service! 🛏️✨ The 31 enthusiastic young women of Bali WISE Intake 65 recently dove into their very first hands-on housekeeping rotation at the R.O.L.E. Foundation's Bungalow Facility inside the ZeroWaste Center. Under the expert guidance of their instructor, Mr. Putra, our trainees transformed lessons into real-world professional mastery by tackling the essential pillars of luxury room management. 🏨💼

During this high-energy session, students mastered hotel trolley logistics for seamless back-of-house operations, practiced flawless bed-making sequences to meet strict luxury standards, and unlocked their artistic flair through the beautiful art of towel folding. 🛒🛏️🦢 By blending technical skill with imagination, they learned exactly how to add a personal touch to guest experiences. In the premium hospitality industry, guest safety and well-being are always the top priorities. To ensure our future leaders are prepared for absolutely anything, the 31 incredible young women from Intake 65 participated in a vital, high-energy First Aid Training Workshop on Friday, May 22, 2026, in brilliant collaboration with the expert team at First Medic. 💼🚑

During this intensive, practical session, our trainees quickly shifted from classroom theory straight into life-saving action. They first mastered the essentials of recognizing critical medical emergencies—such as respiratory distress, consciousness issues, and severe physical injuries. From there, the classroom turned into a hands-on simulation where each student took turns executing the step-by-step CPR process using professional training aids, while also pairing up with classmates to perfect emergency choking protocols.

At Bali WISE, providing a holistic education means empowering our young women to protect not just future resort guests, but their entire home communities. Intake 65 is stepping into the competitive workforce as alert, responsible, and highly capable professionals who know how to handle any crisis with absolute grace and readiness. In the fast-growing world of hospitality and digital marketing, deceptive employment schemes and human trafficking remain a critical risk. To make sure our students are fully protected, our 65th Intake of 31 students recently participated in a vital Anti-Human Trafficking workshop led by Kak Aris.

Through powerful testimonies, learning how to decode fraudulent job ads, and sharing stories from their own communities, our young women built a shield of awareness to protect themselves and their peers.

Who says learning can't be absolutely delicious? 🍰✨ On Monday, our 31 rockstar students from Intake 65 traded their classroom desks for a VIP backstage pass to the iconic in Jimbaran! From the second they walked in, the energy was pure magic as the Cuca team welcomed them with open arms and top-tier hospitality. The girls got a front-row seat into how Cuca has been crushing the Bali culinary scene for over a decade by turning everyday local ingredients into total flavor masterpieces, inspiring our future leading ladies to start dreaming way bigger for their own future careers.

The day was a total whirlwind of fun, packed with fast-paced quiz games, professional grooming tips, and an epic hands-on kitchen session with Chef Heri where the girls actually got to help whip up a signature dish! After testing their teamwork and seeing the wild coordination it takes to run a world-class restaurant, they wrapped up the field trip in the absolute best way possible: a private tasting of Cuca’s famous, rule-breaking desserts (talk about a sweet finale!). Safe to say, our future hospitality queens left with full bellies, massive smiles, and the ready-to-rumble confidence to take the professional world by storm! 🏝️💪👑

Learning English doesn't have to be a chore! Last week, our students took on the challenge of "Describing People" in one of our most dynamic sessions yet.

From vibrant group discussions to a high-energy, game-based final quiz, the classroom was buzzing with competition and support. 🤝🏆

On March 28, we gathered at the beautiful Medan Ballroom at BICC, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, to celebrate a new group of empowered women entering the workforce. From a breathtaking traditional dance by Uni to an electrifying Creative Pop Dance finale by Claudya, Kala, Milla, and Nanda, the energy in the room was incredible!

A huge shoutout to our Best Student, Ms. Gloria, and to all 27 graduates! Shoutout to 16 graduates who already secured employment before the ceremony even started. That is a 59% employment rate—proof that education changes lives.

On Tuesday, March 4, 2026, Bali WISE held a First Aid Workshop for Intake 64 students, led by Dr. Darwin. During the session, students learned and practiced basic first aid skills, gaining hands-on experience on how to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Through this workshop, students not only improved their practical knowledge but also developed greater awareness, responsibility, and care for others in times of need.

We would like to thank Dr. Darwin and his team for their support and for sharing their valuable knowledge with our students.

On March 3, 2026, students from Intake 64 joined a field trip to the Radisson Blu Resort, Bali Uluwatu to gain deeper insight into the hospitality industry. During the visit, they learned about hotel operations and discovered what makes Radisson Blu Resort, Bali Uluwatu one of the leading international hospitality brands.

The students also had the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced housekeeping professionals, gaining a better understanding of the standards, skills, and attention to detail required in maintaining hotel rooms.

In addition, they watched and learned directly from a barista, seeing how beverages are professionally prepared and served in a hospitality setting.

This experience allowed the students to connect their classroom knowledge with real-world insights into the hospitality industry.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the team at Radisson Blu Resort, Bali Uluwatu for warmly welcoming our students and sharing their valuable knowledge and experience.
