Morning Magic in the Kitchen! 🍳🧇✨

Our Intake 66 students stepped into the ZeroWaste Center kitchen for an intensive hands-on session with Chef Fariz! From mastering batter hydration for crisp waffles and fluffy pancakes to perfecting poached eggs, French omelettes, and classic Hollandaise sauce, these talented young women brought incredible focus and precision to every dish.

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome the ambitious young women of Intake 66 to our community for the July – December 2026 term! To kick off their transformative six-month journey in professional hospitality and digital marketing, we hosted a high-energy Orientation Day on July 4th. Fully supported by our dedicated staff and an enthusiastic group of alumni volunteers, the day was packed with inspiration, unity, and shared dreams right from the very start. 🤝🌟

The energy was electric as students jumped into interactive team challenges designed to break the ice and build community. From the fast-paced Bingo Challenge to the rhythmic Frying Pan Game and a high-stakes round of Guess the Word, the room was quickly filled with non-stop laughter and collaboration. We wrapped up the incredible day with a well-deserved lunch and a refreshing afternoon excursion to the nearby beach, where the students dressed up, explored the shoreline, and captured beautiful memories together. 🌊📸

Held every three months for each incoming batch, this vibrant welcoming tradition is far more than a routine—it is a powerful milestone that fosters personal independence, confidence, and a deep sense of sisterhood. 🎓 A NEW RECORD: 90% EMPLOYED BEFORE GRADUATION! 🚀

Intake 64 has officially completed their education and training! Thanks to the incredible support of our partners, an astonishing 90% of our students secured job placements before graduation day—setting a brand-new record for Bali WISE!

To celebrate this historic occasion, we held our graduation ceremony in beautiful Lovina, Buleleng.

We kicked off the journey with a scenic lunch stop at Lake Beratan in Bedugul, before heading to Lovina where the graduates finally received their long-awaited certificates. The ceremony was filled with raw emotion, especially during our "Good Wish Tradition," where the students shared heartfelt positivity and encouragement with one another.

On day two, it was all about pure joy! The graduates went on a boat adventure for dolphin spotting and snorkeling. They laughed their hearts out, celebrating their hard work and well-deserved success.

Congratulations, Intake 64! You have graduated with flying colors and raised the bar high for the next intake to come. 🌟

From living with financial challenges to securing a permanent career at a 5-star resort in Labuan Bajo, lilyyripo journey is a powerful testament to what resilience truly looks like ✨ On June 4, Lily (Alumna Intake 57) returned to campus to lead an inspiring Alumni Sharing Session for the 31 young women of Intake 65, sharing the raw, honest truth of her path. She spoke openly about her initial struggles, from overcoming medical admission setbacks to the immense sacrifice her family made by selling their pig just to cover her travel expenses to the Bali WISE campus 🌾

During her time in the program, Lily leaned into every challenge, balancing rigorous academics with daily campus responsibilities to build the discipline, punctuality, and character needed for the hospitality industry 💼 Her dedication shone brightest during her high pressure Front Office internship, but the real test began after graduation. She faced multiple career setbacks before she finally clinched her current permanent staff role in beautiful Labuan Bajo 🏆

To our Intake 65 students who are about to step into their own training phase, Lily’s story is a beautiful reminder that failure is never a permanent defeat, but simply the fuel needed to build a stronger professional identity 🚀 Welcome home, Lily, and thank you for showing our students that no matter where you start, your dreams can bridge any divide 💙

Breaking stereotypes and building emotional resilience! 💪🌱 Our 31 enthusiastic young women of Bali WISE Intake 65, alongside our dedicated staff, recently participated in a vital "Mental Health Awareness" workshop led by the wonderful Ms. Deta from Empowering Awareness Asia. Moving past societal labels, this eye-opening session explored mental health as a spectrum and challenged misconceptions about stress by diving into both its motivating and negative forms. 🧠✨ The students dived deep into the practical 3R framework: Realize, Recognize, and Regulate - learning how to identify psychological and social triggers while practicing physical movements to safely release anxiety and tension. The energy stayed incredibly high during a collaborative group activity where the trainees mapped out the real emotions and challenges of their daily school and dorm lives, stepping up to the front of the class to confidently present their own practical coping solutions. Sweet aromas and five-star culinary skills in the making! 🍌🍰✨ The 31 enthusiastic young women of Bali WISE Intake 65 recently stepped into the pastry world with an intensive, hands-on baking and steaming class at the ZeroWaste Center kitchen. Guided by our fantastic F&B Product instructor, Dentia the students were divided into teams to master the foundational science and techniques behind two classic methods. The kitchen buzzed with incredible energy as the trainees learned to operate professional tools, measure ingredients with precision, and operate hand and stand mixers to whip up delicious banana cakes and delicate steamed sponge cakes from scratch. 👩‍🍳🥣

Beyond learning how to time the perfect bake or steam, the students wrapped up the intensive session by evaluating their final products, analyzing strengths and discussing how to perfect their craft to build a true professional mindset. This high-quality learning experience was made possible thanks to our incredible partners at KIRIN – Oven No.1 di Indonesia🇮🇩 and Weyoco Indonesia , who generously donated the premium kitchen facilities. Guided by their instructor, Miss May, and our wonderful UK volunteer, Miss Hannah, the students took on the challenge of mastering the simple present tense by using their own everyday habits. They kicked off the session with a dynamic guessing game, eagerly translating Miss Hannah’s expressive movements into complete, grammatically correct sentences in real time. 🗣️🇬🇧

The energy kept climbing as the classroom transformed into a bustling interview hub, where the students stepped out of their comfort zones to interview peers, staff, and Miss Hannah about their daily routines. 📝🎤 To lock in their new skills, they tackled an advanced writing challenge—shifting perspectives from first to third person—before taking the stage to confidently present their stories to the entire class. Foundation's Bungalow Facility inside the ZeroWaste Center. Under the expert guidance of their instructor, Mr. Putra, our trainees transformed lessons into real-world professional mastery by tackling the essential pillars of luxury room management. 🏨💼

During this high-energy session, students mastered hotel trolley logistics for seamless back-of-house operations, practiced flawless bed-making sequences to meet strict luxury standards, and unlocked their artistic flair through the beautiful art of towel folding. 🛒🛏️🦢 By blending technical skill with imagination, they learned exactly how to add a personal touch to guest experiences.
