In a newly formed partnership, we have the opportunity to take part in a Project based on the Basic Synergy Method. The central element of the project, the Training Course "Be Aware" was held between the 19th and 28th of July in Romania, focusing on the personal development of the participants.

Anna summarized her experience as follows:

"The training felt like a mirror, reflecting back hidden parts of me. It asked me to go deep in myself and question thoughts I took for granted about me. Sometimes these realisations felt like a slap in the face, other times more like a warm embrace. It also rekindled some strength and confidence I already had but had disconnected from. Especially the outdoor experiences gave me a shift in my perspective, since I feel more openness and trust growing in me towards others."

🎬✨ The Start it UP aftermovie is finally here! ✨🎬

During the YE project Start it UP, young people from 8 different countries came together to learn, create, laugh, challenge themselves and turn ideas into action. 🌍

Throughout the project, participants explored social entrepreneurship, volunteering, creativity and teamwork through non-formal education, while creating our own volunteering initiatives and, of course, making plenty of memories along the way. 🙌

"Between the 22-31st of July I got to represent the Hungarian team in the "Start it Up!" youth exchange project in Vic, Barcelona. We were brainstorming together with participants from Spain, Italy, Greece, Georgia, Czechia, Estonia and Hungary. Each national team needed to prepare a workshop about a given topic. Us, as the Hungarian team decided to facilitate decision-making activities alongside the hot air balloon game, which they really enjoyed and had amazing conversations. Other countries did roleplay and different creative activities, such as bridge building using straws or tower building from pasta. During the free day we also got to explore the city more and the extra travel days allowed us to see and enjoy Barcelona. The group bonded really fast from the very beginning and it was super challenging to say goodbye. I miss you guys so much, but I truly believe we will see each other really soon somewhere!"

💁‍♀️ CALL for participants for the Youth Exchange “Crossroads” from Hungary 🇭🇺

We are looking for participants from Hungary to join the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Crossroads”!

🌍Crossroads is a youth exchange that gathers 37 participants from 6 countries to explore migration through dialogue, creativity and shared experiences. Through theatre, storytelling, simulations, art, digital media and intercultural dialogue, we will explore what belonging really means and how young people can contribute to building more welcoming communities.

The objectives of the project are:

🌍 Understand migration beyond statistics
🤝 Build empathy through experience
💬 Challenge stereotypes and encourage dialogue
🎨 Develop creative and digital skills

👥 Who is this Youth Exchange designed for?

We are looking for participants between the ages of 18 and 25 and a Group Leader with no age limit. Participants should have a residence in Hungary during the time of the Youth Exchange.

🌍 Ramp of Participation – Building More Inclusive Youth Work Across Europe

How can we create youth projects where everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and shape the learning process?

From 10–17 May 2025, 21 youth workers from Austria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Spain, and Türkiye came together in Tauchen, Austria, for the Erasmus+ Training Course "Ramp of Participation."

Throughout the week, participants explored how to make youth work more inclusive for young people with diverse abilities through non-formal education, experiential learning, and a systemic approach to participation.

The training focused on:

♿ Developing practical competences for working with mixed-ability groups.
🤝 Creating accessible and participatory learning environments.
💡 Exploring innovative facilitation methods that give ownership of learning to young people.
🌱 Strengthening organisations' capacity to become more inclusive.
🌍 Building international partnerships that continue beyond the project.

We are grateful to Generation Europa for the partnership, the trainers, interpreters, assistants, and the wonderful team at the Blue Whale Education Center for making this learning journey possible.

This training helped us rethink our inclusion strategy and demonstrated how the inclusion mechanisms of the program work in practice.

🌍 From 8–15 June, Balatonalmádi became a playground for learning 📚, adventure 🏞️, and international friendship 🤝 as 35 young people from 7 European countries came together for the Youth Exchange "Play FULL" 🎲✨🎉

During the week, we:

🎯 Unlocked three levels of team challenges right from day one.
🌳 Discovered the colors, textures, sounds, and unique character of Balatonalmádi.
🎲 Explored competitive, collaborative, imaginative, and intercultural games from across Europe, including Graničar, Ruba Bandeira, Țară, țară, vrem ostași!, Ide pešek okolo, Juego de la Oca, and the War of Numbers.
🎨 Splashed, painted, wrote, created, performed, and unleashed a huge amount of creative energy.
🧭 Went on quests around Lake Balaton and beyond.
🛠️ Designed and delivered amazing activities for one another, including a trivia challenge, an escape room, a LARP, a talent show, a survival game, a ball game, and a treasure hunt.
🌱 Grew beans, ⚽ organized a table-football tournament, 🏊 took refreshing dips in the lake, 🥞 baked 400 (!) pancakes😉, and 🤺 got involved in an epic pillow fight.

Most importantly, we learned more about ourselves, each other, collaboration, creativity, and what becomes possible when people come together with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to play. 💡❤️

🇪🇺 This Youth Exchange was made possible through the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which continues to create opportunities for young people to learn, connect, and grow across borders.

✨Élménybeszámoló✨

Május 1-je és 10-e között került sor a horvátországi Šibenikben az Entrepreneurship Goes Green - EGG - elnevezésű ifjúsági cserére, melyen szervezetünket 5 fiatal képviselte.

Az alábbiakban Isti élvezetes beszámolóját olvashatjátok:

"Mindig fun közösen egy projekttémát körüljárni más nemzetiségű barátokkal.✌️

Az elején mindenkinek picit új a helyzet, de mihelyt előkerül egy biliárdasztal, vagy épp pinpangozni hív az akit 10 perce ismertél meg, máris felszabadulsz; és itt kezdődik az a "youth vibe", amelyre mindenki vágyik.😉 Kötetlen beszélgetések, közös élmények és mindeközben észre sem veszed, hogyan fejlődsz a non-formal education-nel. Nem volt ez másképp az EGG projekten sem. 😄

Olyan dolgokat tanultam, hogy hogyan épül fel egy szervezet vagy épp milyen a kritikus gondolkodás, de egy egyszerű játékos foglalkozás is egész jól bevezetett a befektetésekbe is. 😁

Én csak ajánlani tudom, s tényleg csak idő és elszántság kell hozzá, a többit állják vagy visszaadják. S sokkal jobb élményeket gyűjteni egy ilyen eseményen, mint nézegetni más élményeit az Instán / TikTokon... Szóval Let's go!
