We’re still reflecting on the conversations from our recent 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐩𝟒𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 session in Riga: “𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝. 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦’𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥.”

During the session, our CEO 𝐂𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐤 shared a 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 view of doing business in Vietnam, drawing on many years of hands-on experience in the market.

Because when it comes to Vietnam, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

The conversation went beyond growth figures to explore 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝, from the local business environment and market dynamics to culture, decision-making, relationship building, and the realities of entering a new market.⁣

We also really enjoyed the 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬. Their practical questions brought up some interesting points about both the opportunities and challenges companies may encounter when exploring Vietnam.

Beyond the presentations, one of the most valuable parts of the program was the opportunity for 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 with participants across Vietnam Airlines. Together, we explored the realities of 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞.⁣
