We are excited to share that we participated in an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project titled “Green Bridge from Youth to the Future”, which took place from 9–16 November 2025 in Herne, Germany.

The project was supported by the German National Agency – Jugend für Europa and hosted by Forum für Zusammenleben und Vielfalt e. V.

Throughout this experience, we had the opportunity to meet inspiring young people from multiple countries, exchange ideas, and share our thoughts and experiences about sustainability, the role of youth, and building a greener future together. 🌿
The intercultural dialogue, teamwork, and open discussions made this project truly meaningful and eye-opening.

Grateful for the connections, learning moments, and memories created during this journey. Erasmus+ once again proved how powerful youth collaboration can be in shaping the future. ✨

A program részeként a török konyha gazdag ízvilágát is bemutatták a vendégeknek. A török vendégszeretetet közelről megtapasztaló fiatalok a kulturális interakció egyik legszebb példáját élhették át Sakaryában.

A szervezők kiemelték, hogy az Erasmus+ projektek növelik a kultúrák közötti megértést a fiatalok körében, erősítik a nemzetközi együttműködést, és jelentősen hozzájárulnak a fiatalok személyes fejlődéséhez.

A 2026. február 7–15. között megrendezett nemzetközi találkozó értékes tapasztalatokat és eredményeket hozott mind a város, mind a részt vevő fiatalok számára.

🌄 Another inspiring day in Bakuriani!

As part of the Invisible No More – Graphic Novels of Change! youth exchange, today was filled with connection, creativity, and powerful reflections.

✨ We kicked off the day with outdoor activities that helped us energize and connect with one another. Then came a deep dive into a topic that truly matters: the problems young people face in today’s world.

🌍 Each national group explored the challenges young people experience in their own countries—ranging from mental health, education, unemployment, discrimination, and marginalization, to the lack of opportunities. Participants prepared and presented their findings, raising awareness and opening meaningful discussions across cultures.

🧭 The day continued with the "Wheel of Life" activity, where participants reflected on personal values like health, family, love, career, and more. Using a digital tool, they mapped out what truly matters in their lives and how balanced their “life wheel” feels right now. A beautiful moment of self-awareness and growth!

🎯Summary:
For the past 12 years we've developed a groundbreaking non-formal learning method called Sensory Labyrinth Theater.
The method has profound effects on youth, helping them initiate powerful processes of evolution & healing. The method is conducive to mindfulness and implies group dynamics, fostering the growth of an inclusive and supportive community.

With SLT we co-create immersive and interactive theater shows that blur the line between drama and real life. This approach allows young individuals to explore their deepest emotions and authentic selves in a setting where vulnerability is not just accepted but celebrated.

By practicing SLT the youth go through cathartic moments that lead to episodes of self-reflection and re-actualization.

SLT does wonders to the youth's expressive and artistic skills, helps them achieve a greater level of self-confidence and a more positive outlook on live, while growing their capacity for self-management and emotional regulation.

Short description of activities & learning points:
- a 10 day course covering the SLT methodology
- daily activity of 6-8 hours a day, with lots of practical and non-formal activities
- sessions for reflection & debriefing about the logical framework of the methodology
- key insights into processes that promote participation in co-creative activities
- key insights into community-building & art therapy processes.
- specific training for SLT theatre shows

General learning points:
- ability to facilitate SLT workshops
- ability to integrate SLT approaches in your general activities
- deeper understanding about performative arts & community arts

Erasmus+ Training Course 'Dance for a Green Future', Varna (Golden Sands), Bulgaria, between July 17-24, 2024.

The project brought together trainers and youth workers from across Europe to explore environmental issues through the art of dance. Participants hailed from countries including Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Romania, and Hungary, creating a rich tapestry of cultural perspectives. The project aimed to raise awareness about climate change, environmental issues, and sustainability. Workshops focused on combining various dance techniques with themes of environmental conservation.

Students choreographed performances that highlighted the beauty of nature and the urgency of protecting it. We had the opportunity to master different dance styles, including Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, African-Mambo, and contemporary. We had our own rehearsal room, and after we all mastered these dances, they were performed in various public spaces, drawing attention to local environmental challenges. The performances were recorded and turned into a documentary, showcasing the project's journey and impact. Moreover, on the last day, we all had the opportunity to attend a dance event in Varna to show off our new skills and to practice them with other dancers.

All in all, I had an amazing experience. I met wonderful people, and the organization was excellent. I’m grateful for this opportunity and encourage everyone to consider participating in future Erasmus+ programs!
