✨ V4+ at EFOTT ✨

Thanks to the kind invitation of , the V4+ Student Alliance had the pleasure of welcoming friends from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Estonia, and Lithuania to this year’s EFOTT Festival. 🇵🇱🇨🇿🇸🇰🇪🇪🇱🇹

Over the course of the festival, we engaged in insightful panel discussions, strengthened regional cooperation, and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and community EFOTT is known for. 🌍✨

🎤 Our panels explored key topics such as:
• Youth participation in European policymaking
• The role of AI and digitalization in education
• Student advocacy in the age of change

☕ One of the highlights was the V4+ World Café, where Hungarian student representatives connected with their regional peers to share experiences and ideas from international exchange opportunities to the housing challenges students face across Europe.

🤝 Beyond the discussions, the days were filled with networking, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable moments that reminded us that cooperation starts with community.

🇭🇺🤝 Just before the 89th Board Meeting of the European Students’ Union in Banja Luka, the V4+ Student Alliance gathered in Budapest for a preparatory V4+ Meeting hosted by

Over the course of a few days, we dove deep into policy discussions to ensure strong and united contributions at BM89 and among other things, visited the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest.

🎪 During our stay, we were also proud to participate in the Ludovika Festival, hosted by .nke with our panel, titled “Shape It! Central European Students in the European Student Arena” with .dibusz and .k32

The panel explored:
🔹 How local and national experiences shape European-level engagement
🔹 The unique challenges and opportunities for student unions in our region
🔹 The power of cross-border cooperation through the V4+ Student Alliance

The conversation brought together personal stories, strategic insight, and forward-looking ideas for enhancing student participation at every level. We’re incredibly grateful to our speakers and hosts for highlighting the importance of continuity, solidarity, and visibility in shaping a more inclusive and representative higher education in Europe.
