One World, Many Voices has officially come to an end, and we are proud that our Hungarian team was part of this unforgettable Erasmus+ experience in Polis Chrysochous, Cyprus 🇭🇺
Throughout the project, our participants took part in workshops, simulations, intercultural activities, community interviews, debates, and teamwork challenges focused on communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, inclusion, conflict management, and intercultural understanding.
During the exchange, participants improved their English communication skills, became more confident speaking in front of international groups, and learned how to cooperate more effectively in multicultural environments. Through activities connected to active listening, mediation, teamwork, and problem-solving, they also strengthened their empathy, adaptability, decision-making, and respectful communication skills.
The project additionally gave participants practical knowledge about Erasmus+ opportunities, non-formal education methods, youth participation, sustainability, and community engagement. Through direct interaction with local people in Cyprus and daily cooperation inside mixed-nationality teams, participants became more open-minded toward different perspectives, cultures, and communication styles.
One of the most visible outcomes of the project was the personal growth of participants. Many became more active, outgoing, and self-confident throughout the week while building meaningful international friendships and connections.
We are especially proud of how our participants represented Hungary during the project 🇭🇺❤️ We would like to sincerely thank all participants and partner organizations for making this project such a valuable and meaningful experience. See you again in future Erasmus+ projects and international initiatives ✨
