🇭🇺 A Budapesti Piarista Gimnázium már régi partnerünk, akik először a Change Environment idején kapcsolódtak be a CHANGE sorozatba. Alább Szőke Máté igazgatóhelyettes és Posta István projektgazda beszámolója olvasható:
"A Budapesti Piarista Gimnázium a fenntartó szerzetesrend, Kalazanci Szent József karizmája nyomán is kiemelt kereszttantervi, pedagógiai célként kezeli az társadalmi felelősségvállalás kérdését, a rászorulókkal, a gyengébbekkel, az elesettekkel, a sérültekkel való törődés lehetőségeinek iskolai tárgyalását. Ehhez a fókuszhoz kapcsolódva már második éve működünk és tanulunk együtt a Jezsuita Menekültszolgálattal, először az E-Change tananyagot ismertük meg és emeltük be részlegesen az iskola tanulmányi programjába, majd a T4C programba csatlakoztunk és láttuk vendégül a JRS munkatársait és önkénteseit rendalapítónk pártfogásának napján, a Patrocínium ünnepén. A vendégeinktől, egy valóban menekült önkéntestől és a meghívott segítőktől tanultakat diákjaink az iskola legtöbb alsós osztályában összefoglalták, kiegészítve egy, szintén a projekthez kapcsolódva készült videóinterjú tartalmával, ami a Piarista Gimnáziumban futó, ukrán tanulókat segítő mentorprogram diák résztvevőivel készült. 🇬🇧 The Piarista Gimnázium in Budapest is a long-standing partner of ours, having first joined the CHANGE series during the Change Environment initiative. Below is a report by Deputy Principal Máté Szőke and Project Manager István Posta:
"The Piarist High School in Budapest, guided by the charism of St. Joseph Calasanz, treats the issue of social responsibility—and the discussion in school of ways to care for the needy, the vulnerable, the disadvantaged, and the injured—as a priority in its cross-curricular and pedagogical goals. In line with this focus, we have been working and learning together with the Jesuit Refugee Service for the second year now; first, we became familiar with the E-Change curriculum and partially integrated it into the school’s academic program, then we joined the T4C program and hosted JRS staff and volunteers on the feast day of our school’s patron saint, the Feast of the Patronage. Our students summarized what they learned from our guests—including a volunteer who is himself a refugee—and the invited helpers in most of the school’s lower grades, supplementing this with the content of a video interview also created as part of the project, which was conducted with student participants in the mentoring program at the Piarist High School that supports Ukrainian students. We would like to thank the Jesuit Refugee Service for its help and support."
