The MOL – New Europe Foundation Mester-M Award was awarded to pianist Gábor Eckhardt, a teacher at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music and the Tóth Aladár Music School, and the president of the Hungarian Kodály Society.

This year, 18 teachers received the award in the science, art, and sports category, who have been committed to helping their students between the ages of 11 and 18 develop their talents and develop their professional and personal development for a long time.

The award is given a special status by the fact that current and former students, their parents, and their colleagues can make proposals for it.

The Hungarian Kodály Society and the International Kodály Society also congratulate Gábor Eckhardt, and wish him continued success and joy in his teaching career!

A MOL – Új Európa Alapítvány Mester-M Díjában részesült Eckhardt Gábor zongoraművész, a Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Egyetem és a Tóth Aladár Zeneiskola tanára, a Magyar Kodály Társaság elnöke.

Hopefully, this is "the beginning of a beautiful friendship".
Music education students from the University of Indianapolis (UINDY) arrived at the Institute for a three-day visit. “Musicianship” and “Kodály’s Pedagogical Philosophy” were the two most important classes on the first day, with Lilla Gábor and Zsuzsanna Polyák.
