Project SHE 2026 was a success! ✨

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we reached our goal of donating 80 hygiene kits to women in need 💜

Each kit contained 7 essential products: shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton pads & period pads.

In addition to the kits, we were also able to donate many underwear, bed linens, and towels to OKIT for their shelters 🤲🏼

After one month of fundraising and collection, we officially closed our donation campaign on March 31st 💪🏼

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who contributed, donated, and supported Project SHE. This achievement would not have been possible without our amazing community and supporters:

Bio-Rad (bioradhungary) for collecting physical donations and supporting the project with such kindness and generosity.

Runners High Budapest () for partnering with us during their weekly Social Tuesday runs. Many runners brought hygiene products or donated through our fundraising link.

Rossmann Hungary’s Marketing Team () for providing 40 hygiene kits, helping us make an even bigger impact.

Together, we helped bring comfort, dignity, and support to women who need it most. Thank you for making a difference 💜

A heartfelt thank you to Rossmann Hungary for supporting our project ‘SHE’ by generously providing 40 hygiene kits.

The Rotaract International Club of Budapest is truly grateful for this meaningful collaboration, which has played an important role in helping us reach our goal.

Thanks to this contribution, 80 women will receive tote bags filled with essential hygiene products, including shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, sanitary pads, and cotton pads. All donations will be distributed through the OKIT organization, which supports women who are victims of domestic violence or facing difficult life situations.

Together, we are making a difference in the lives of women who need it most 💜

No-butts!! World Water Day
World Water Day Cleanup | Protecting the Danube Together
Have you ever wondered where the cigarette butts on the street go? When it rains, many of them are carried through rainwater drains and end up in our rivers. Just one cigarette butt can pollute from 50 to 1000 liters of water.
This World Water Day, Rotaract Budapest International invites you to join a cleanup along the Danube. Together, we will remove litter and cigarette butts from the riverbanks and take a small but meaningful step toward protecting our water.

Happy Bunnies Project 🐰💛

On 18 December, the Happy Bunnies Project delivered donations to Heim Pál Children’s Hospital.

Thanks to everyone who supported this initiative, we were able to provide:

• 2 foldable beds
• 1 fridge
• 1 hemoglobin (Hgb) measuring device
• Test strips
• 20 bowls
• 4 ladles
• Board games for children

The total value of the donation was 300,223 HUF.

This was made possible through:
• 132,500 HUF from a grant
• 155,000 HUF raised during the July charity run with
• Additional contributions from our family, friends, and club members

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. Together, small acts of kindness can bring big smiles. 💛🐰

Hi everyone 🎄✨ We’re very happy to share that we not only reached our goal for the Sweet Christmas Project, but went beyond it and donated 290 gifts 🎁🤍

This was made possible through the donation link, Christmas boxes in companies, cafés, and universities, as well as fundraising events such as the volleyball tournament and yoga class. All gifts were delivered to the Józsefvárosi Szociális Szolgáltató és Gyermekjóléti Központ.

Thank you to everyone who helped by sharing, donating, shopping, packing, and delivering. We’re very proud of what we achieved together.✨🙏🏻

“Sweet Christmas”: A Gift for 250 Children in Need.

Our annual holiday charity project Sweet Christmas is back and this year we’re on a mission to bring joy to 250 children facing difficult family situations.

No child should feel forgotten during the holidays. Not on our watch.
