We’re excited to share that we recently took part in the “Train the Trainers” Training Course project hosted by our Polish partner, the Level Up Association. This experience marked an important step in strengthening our capacity to deliver high-quality training programs.

The project unfolded in two stages:
📍 Advanced Planning Visit – 8–10 November 2025 in Łódź, Poland
📍 Training Course Mobility – 8–16 December 2025 in Porszewice, Poland

The program was tailored for aspiring trainers who are at the beginning of their professional path and have limited experience in facilitating learning sessions. The main goal was to provide participants with solid, hands-on preparation for designing, leading, and evaluating training activities, both in-person and online.

Throughout the course, participants explored every stage of the training cycle. From identifying learners’ needs and structuring effective agendas, to choosing the right methods and materials, and finally assessing outcomes. Great emphasis was placed on understanding group dynamics, adapting content to objectives, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

The training addressed real-life challenges that new facilitators often encounter, such as:
- Handling difficult participants
- Managing time and group energy
- Coping with stress
- Navigating crisis situations
- Making effective use of digital tools in virtual sessions

The methodology was highly practical and interactive. Workshops, simulations, peer exercises, and mini training practice sessions allowed participants to immediately apply what they were learning. By the end of the course, each participant had the opportunity to test their skills in a supportive environment and receive constructive feedback.

Key themes included:
- The role, responsibilities, and values of a trainer
- Structuring a training process step by step
- Designing engaging exercises and materials
- Building logical and coherent training flow
- Giving and receiving feedback effectively
- Differences between online and face-to-face facilitation
- Communication techniques, voice work, and audience engagement
- Stress management and relaxation strategies
- Practical logistics and preparation tips
- Creating impactful handouts and visual materials

Participants walked away with increased confidence, practical facilitation tools, and a structured approach to building and delivering training programs. Most importantly, they strengthened the mindset and competencies needed to lead groups successfully.

We are truly grateful to the Level Up Association for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and inspiring learning environment. Thank you for equipping a new generation of trainers with the skills and confidence to grow and make an impact! 💙

Our Hungarian team successfully participated in the Erasmus+ project, "Rewear: Revive Fashion, Reduce Waste," in Milan, Italy.

They discussed greenwashing, brand strategies, thrift shops, ethical consumerism, and the labor behind fast fashion, working together to identify potential solutions.

Through hands-on workshops, debates and upcycling activities, they explored sustainable fashion alternatives. One of the key highlights were a debate in a city council simulation where brands and consumers debated impacts of fast fashion as well as a theatre-based role-playing exercise in which they creatively illustrated the impact of fast fashion on producers, consumers, and the environment.

The exchange also featured a cultural segment, allowing participants to present their national traditional clothing. They discussed the functionality and evolution of these garments, fostering a rich intercultural dialogue. By working in multicultural teams with peers from Lithuania, Cyprus, Italy, and France, they built lasting international friendships.

Looking ahead, the group has already planned local dissemination activities and is eager to promote the project's outcomes and the valuable opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program.

The project is funded by the European Commission, and the European Commission is not responsible for its results.
