Jesus Christ calls us to be his witnesses. Through his Holy Spirit, he gives us the strength, wisdom, and love to do this. Let us live with him.

Jézus Krisztus arra hív bennünket, hogy tanúi legyünk. Szentlelke által ad erőt, bölcsességet és szeretetet arra, hogy ezt megtehessük. Éljünk hát vele.

OM Mission Day 2025

On October 18, we gathered for a day filled with fellowship, worship, and a renewed vision for God’s mission.

The morning began with coffee, conversations, and getting to know one another, followed by a time of worship and reflection on God’s Word. We explored the mission in the Bible, learned about the rich history of OM and its international work, and enjoyed a delicious Pakistani lunch together.

In the afternoon, we heard inspiring stories from OM Hungary—its history, ministries, and opportunities to get involved. The panel discussion sparked meaningful questions and reminded us that each of us has a role to play in God’s global mission.

As the day closed, hearts were encouraged and faith was strengthened. We are grateful for everyone who joined and for what God is doing through OM around the world.

We are excited to announce the appointment of our new International Director!

Dr Iain Pickett from the UK takes up the role from Lawrence Tong, who has completed three terms as the leader of our global work.

Iain's experience with OM began at the age of 18 when he joined a pioneering OM team for one year. The cross-cultural experience was foundational for Iain; building on that has influenced how he and his family have lived and served among the least reached.

As Iain takes on the role of International Director, his on-the-ground experience, and his desire that all should have an opportunity to know Jesus, will continue to energize his leadership.

Join us in praying for Iain as he takes on this responsibility.

OM is a global movement of more than 4,500 people representing 125 different nations, serving in more than 147 countries. We want to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached.
