We’re a Haitian youth and civil society community organization empowering children and young people through rights, opportunity, and dignity, while supporting human development and vulnerable communities. Shneeder LINCIFORT is co-founder and current chairman of the Board of Directors, is recognized by the Haitian State, at the level of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, as well as the town
hall of the municipality of Cite Soleil, which has been campaigning and committed for several years to ensure that each child and young person is included in the local development process and can benefit from the pain of the education. Our mission is to build a Haitian civil society of right, opportunity for all and committed, which works for the emancipation of youth and the rights of each child to security, education and health for all. "Encourage the spirit of solidarity, peace, innovation, collective leadership and creativity of young local entrepreneurs so that the community takes charge of the management of its own development and participates in the foundation of a balanced society and harmonious”, such is the objective pursued by IMPACT-E.
