A new school year is almost here, and we’re looking for sponsors to help our students continue their education.

For just $375 per year, you can sponsor a student’s education and make it possible for them to attend school, learn, and pursue opportunities that will impact their future.

Not able to sponsor a student? You can still make a difference by donating school supplies. Every student in the ACFFC program will receive a backpack filled with the essentials they need to start the school year with confidence.

Whether you choose to sponsor a student or donate supplies, your support directly invests in the future of a child in Jacmel, Haiti.

MOSAIC PROJECT UPDATE: Before the finished masterpiece comes the patient work… Our students in Jacmel are bringing a beautiful vision to life, one piece at a time. After designing the mosaic pattern themselves, they’re now carefully hand-cutting every individual tile that will become part of the final artwork.

This project is about so much more than creating something beautiful. It’s teaching creativity, patience, craftsmanship, and the value of seeing a project through from start to finish.

We can’t wait to share the completed mosaic with you, but for now, enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at the incredible talent and dedication of these students. Every piece tells part of the story. ❤️🇭🇹

Our mosaic team is starting a new project! They were on location recently taking measurements and even used the opportunity to teach other students about measuring a space to make a template. This information was then brought back to our foundation where a pattern is now being made. At ACFFC we encourage our youth to pass along the knowledge that they have and we couldn’t be more proud of our students turning into leaders!

dlo… this is the Haitian word for water.

Water is something that most people reading this post don’t really even think about. You turn on sinks in multiple places inside your home or work or school and water just comes out. For most of our students however this is not the case. Water comes from wells that they walk to daily or is collected in containers, carried and dispensed from buckets. This is why the news that our building has running water is so significant! We recently added a water purification system and now this water can be accessed from the sink in our kitchen! What a marvelous experience for our kids to take advantage of, and it’s only possible because of the donations from many of you!

We hope next time you find yourself at a sink and the water is flowing out, you’ll take a moment to be thankful for this small blessing! ACFFC continues to provide for our students because of your support. Mesi • Thank you!
