During Day 7 of the Waves of Change, participants stepped into a sustainability simulation, taking on different community roles and making decisions that balanced people, the environment, and long-term impact. They also put the finishing touches on their co-created educational resource exploring burnout and its connection to sustainability, ready to bring it back to their own communities.

One small moment captured the spirit of the day: a participant left a thank-you note for our chef, sharing that they never imagined vegetarian food could be so delicious. Sometimes, sustainable change begins with simply being open to a new experience.

Stronger communities are built when more people feel they have the agency to shape them. 🤝✨
On Day 6 of the Waves of Change, we explored how context shapes the way we lead, act, and support those around us. 🌍 Through role plays, embodied learning, and personal reflection, participants discovered that leadership is not about being in charge, but about creating opportunities for others to contribute, grow 🌱, and take ownership.
