Naša Hanna nedavno je sudjelovala na Seminaru za akreditirane organizacije u Švedskoj. Događaj je okupio više od 25 predstavnika iz više od 20 europskih zemalja koji provode aktivnosti u okviru Erasmus+ akreditacije u području mladih.👥 Seminar je pružio izvrsnu priliku za razmjenu iskustava, dijeljenje primjera dobre prakse u provedbi projekata, razgovor o zajedničkim izazovima te uspostavljanje novih međunarodnih partnerstava. 

Međusobno učenje, suradnja i umrežavanje i dalje su ključni za stvaranje kvalitetnih prilika za mlade diljem Europe, a zahvalni smo na prilici za povezivanje i razmjenu iskustava s organizacijama iz različitih zemalja.🤝

Hanna se vratila s novim idejama, vrijednim kontaktima i inspiracijom za buduće projekte.✨

✨ Learning out loud — Litva ✨
Naš je Branko Drljača sudjelovao na međunarodnom treningu u Litvi posvećenom učenju i refleksiji u radu s mladima. 🌍
Kroz niz interaktivnih i iskustvenih aktivnosti, timskih izazova i razmjene sa sudionicima iz različitih zemalja, ponio je sa sobom konkretne alate i metode koje za transformaciju iskustva u učenje. 💡
Najveća vrijednost ovakvih programa nije samo ono što naučiš, nego i ljudi koje upoznaš i perspektive koje otvore, a svako ovakvo iskustvo osobu pomakne korak dalje i kao osobu i u onome što radi. 🚀

Last Thursday the volunteers had their last event: a garden festival at the Elementary School Davorin Trstenjak. 🏫

In the context of the school day, they prepared different games and activities to entertain children and their families.
Intuitive games, tic-tac-toe, painting, bowling, wood throwing, dodgeball, twister and they even built a tent from scratch.🏕️🎳🎨

What an amazing day! A wonderful occasion to promote Green Fingers, to make our work visible for everyone and to show what non formal education, solidarity and volunteering are about.✨

Thanks to Angel, Ester, Matylda, Olena and Vincent for arranging such beautiful activities and thanks to everyone who stopped at our area! 💛

These have been intense weeks for our short-term volunteers.💪
They have been busy in the gardens of the schools with which Oaza collaborates, leaving a mark of their dedication through the visible transformation of these spaces.🌳🏫

Alongside the hours spent outdoors, they then combined their energies to run fantastic workshops for the schoolchildren, taking home their smiles and their energy.😁✨

At Marije Jurić Zagorke school they prepared a workshop about Haiku, a type of short form poetry that originated in Japan. 🗾
The volunteers guided the students through an immersive process that allowed them to connect with nature and make associations that they could use to write the poems themselves. The last step was then to craft something linked to that.✍️📜

The outcomes were amazing, and we hope this creative style has made its mark on them.✨💛

Halfway through their ESC volunteering journey 👏🏾

Our long-term volunteers Chiara and Timea recently took part in their Midterm Training in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For four inspiring days, they gathered with other volunteers from Bosnia, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo to reflect on their experiences so far, exchange perspectives, and talk about life after their ESC projects. 👣🌍

The training focused on many valuable topics such as future opportunities to stay engaged, personal development, and how to deal with reverse culture shock after returning home. It was a helpful and successful experience that prepared the volunteers for the next steps after their volunteering journey. ✍🏾

Besides the workshops and reflections, the training was also a great opportunity to connect with other volunteers, spend quality time together, have meaningful conversations, and explore the beautiful city of Sarajevo. 🌞

A big thank you to SALTO Youth for organizing this inspiring experience!

Prošli tjedan naš Branko Drljača imao je privilegiju sudjelovati na trodnevnom međunarodnom seminaru koji je organizirala NORMA Nacionalna organizacija radnica s mladima , na temu međusektorske suradnje u Youth Worku.

Seminar je okupio stručnjake i aktiviste iz čak šest zemalja od Hrvatske, Srbije, Crne Gore, Grčke do Portugala i Španjolske. Uz sudionike iz omladinskog sektora, seminaru su se pridružili i eksperti iz različitih područja koji rade s mladima, a zajedno su raspravljali o perspektivama budućnosti rada s mladima, o tome kako različiti sektori mogu surađivati te kako osigurati da mladi, danas i u budućnosti, imaju pravu podršku za socijalna pitanja, pristup svim mogućnostima za razvoj te utjecaj na politiku.

Ovo je bila i prva međunarodna aktivnost NORMA-e i ovo sigurno nije zadnja! 🙌

The 7th of may we host a special event in our office.✨

It was the time to celebrate the richness brought by our new volunteers thanks to their cultures and own backgrounds.🥳🌱

🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇮🇹 🇵🇱 🇺🇦

France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Ukraine all together.

Each person presented the unique characteristics of their wonderful country in a creative, original and entertaining way.

We had fun, we laughed, we played and we ate delicious food prepared with love and care by the volunteers.🍲🥞🍕

✨It was a special evening and we wanna thank all the people who come to our event bringing joy and making this evening way more special.✨

Week 2 with our Spring ESC group 🌱

We spent lots of time in the garden — cleaning up, trimming bushes and slowly seeing everything come together. The group also learned more about veggies and pollination 🐝

During the week as we were working in the garden, we met some kids from the school who instantly loved our amazing volunteers 🫶 Safe to say: a pretty successful week 🥳 Curious about our working result? Check the last slide! 👀
