Projekt „Inclusive Arts and Sports in Armenia“ uspješno je priveden kraju! ❤️
The project “Inclusive Arts and Sports in Armenia” has successfully reached its final stage! ❤️
From April 27–30, 2026, the finale of this two-year educational project took place with the support of Perkins and Mali dom. Led by Margareta Vidmar and Dražen Viljušić, professionals from inclusive schools, orphanages in Nor Kharberd and Gyumri, referral centers, and the NGO For You worked together to develop inclusive artistic and sports programs.
Through theoretical education, practical examples, and collaborative teamwork, inspiring projects were created featuring moving sculptures “Tree,” “Ship,” “Pomegranate,” and “Sun,” along with innovative inclusive sports games designed to connect children and communities.
Seven teams bravely faced psychological, physical, and systemic barriers, building strong partnerships and creating opportunities for equal participation for all. The project culminated in a powerful inclusive interactive public event in Circular Park in Yerevan, attended by donors and representatives of Perkins, proving once again that positive social change is possible.
A strong message was shared — “One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye.” Human solidarity, acceptance, and inclusion are among the most valuable things we can build together.
This project planted the seeds of meaningful inclusion and created a network of professionals committed to strengthening inclusive civil society in Armenia. The end of the project also marks the beginning of a new chapter.
Congratulations to everyone involved for their courage, dedication, enthusiasm, and incredible energy. We wish you success in continuing this important journey! 🌍✨
