2024 has been a year of incredible collaboration, innovation, and progress for the MONI. CA project within the Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme! 🌍

From advancing cross-border solutions in air monitoring to empowering youth through exchange visits and fostering sustainable partnerships, we’ve worked together to address shared environmental challenges.

Thank you to all stakeholders, partners, and participants who made this journey impactful. Here’s to building a greener, more connected future! 💡🤝✨

🗺 Moni. CA Project (air MONItoring aCross Adriatic) nasce nel luglio 2023 dalla collaborazione tra l'Università RIT Croatia e Eduforma Formazione e Consulenza, finanziato dal programma UE Interreg Italia-Croazia 2021-2027.

On November 7th and 8th we will participate in the “Ecomondo” Fair, a key event for blue, green and circular economy, at the Rimini’s Expo Centre.🌐

📆On Thursday, November 7th from 9.00 to 13.00 we will participate in the 3EFISHING extraordinary Technical Meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration among project partners and working on the project work packages.

📆On Friday, November 8th there are two events organised by our funded standard projects, where you can join us:

- from 10.30 to 13.00 FishNoWaste is organising the Session “Litter management and reduction in fishing ports to promote more sustainable fishing” in Sala Ravezzi 2 Hall Sud.

🌍 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧… 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐙𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐛! 🌍

After the exciting first phase in Padua, the second half of the 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐈. 𝐂𝐀 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 took place in 𝐙𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐛 from 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝟓𝐭𝐡. 🎓🌱 Our students dove deeper into the world of air quality monitoring, continuing their hackathon journey and participating in workshops.

A special highlight was the inspiring visit from 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲’𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚, 𝐇.𝐄. 𝐏𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨, who emphasized the importance of cross-border collaboration and the role of young people in driving innovation and environmental protection. 🇮🇹🤝🇭🇷

Students also got hands-on experience with a 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫, further enriching their 𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 projects before presenting their final solutions to a panel of experts. 🌿💡

🌍 𝐖𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲… 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧! 🌍

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy hosting an exciting event – the first phase of the 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐈. 𝐂𝐀 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞! From 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝟐𝟕𝐭𝐡-𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡, 18 master students from Italy and Croatia gathered at our headquarters in Padua to dive deep into the world of air quality monitoring. 🎓🌱

Workshops, live drone tests, and inspiring lectures filled the agenda. Students were also divided into groups to kick off a 𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧, brainstorming innovative solutions to tackle air pollution. 🌿💡 These ideas will be developed further during the second phase in 𝐙𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐛.
