Connections, culture, and shared moments in Shenzhen 🌏✨

The 3rd Asia Pacific SDEWES Conference Shenzen held from March 27–30, 2026, was not only about insightful research and meaningful discussions – it was also about the experiences that brought participants closer together. πŸ€πŸ’™

The social programme offered a glimpse into local culture and created a relaxed space for networking beyond the conference halls. An elegant performance of β€œJiu Kuang” on Zhongruan and Guzheng by Xiaohan Lu and Joey Sutjiawan set a refined tone for the evening, while the dynamic Peking Opera performance added energy, colour, and a memorable artistic touch. 🎢🎭

These shared moments – filled with conversation, laughter, and cultural exchange – are what makes SDEWES more than a conference. They reflect a community that connects across disciplines, countries, and perspectives. 🌍

Take a look at some highlights capturing the atmosphere and spirit of SDEWES in Shenzhen. πŸ“Έ
