Our vision is building a modern, competitive economy between Southeast Europe and China, through which private economy factors are linked in terms of partnership principles, and which will ensure mutual sustainable growth of the economy and employment increasein both markets. ease prosperity of all people living in these areas. GOALS
CSEBA is a necessary association due to political, social and economic situation of the countries of Southeast Europe, and to the open policy of the People's Republic of China, which has become the generator new global economic relations.
• Encourage economy development by improving competitiveness of all interested private entrepreneurs;
• Foster dynamic and competitive economy based on partnership principles of all interested business entities in Southeast Europe and China, and set equal business terms and conditions;
• Develop principles and relationship standardization between the interested business entities;
• Promote activities and long-term collaboration in terms of sustainable development by encouraging protection of the environment, controlling exploitation of non-renewable resources, and through effective management of all segments of the economy, as well as public and individual needs. Such an approach promotes energy efficiency, decrease of greenhouse gas emissions, efficient use of resources, creating less waste and decreases social differences through development of technology, new industrialization, restructuring of business sectors and infrastructure in accordance with natural and human capacities and needs;
• Improve the funding of joint-ventures by ensuring budgeting and arranging various financial packages adjusted to the types of projects of the interested business entities;
• Establish an information exchange forum about quality ventures which can attract business;
• Improve business environment by fostering, suggesting and lobbying for efficient procedures at relevant institutions, for removal of administrative barriers and facilitating entrepreneurship between interested private entities in Southeast Europe and China;
• Promote the construction and development of traffic infrastructure, which is an essential prerequisite for development of all industries, in the areas of interested business entities;
• Promote the development of transport with special emphasis on maritime, river and railway traffic;
• Raising and development of tourism between Southeast Europe and China, as means of understanding and getting better acquainted with intercultural differences, as well as linking and strengthening friendly relations of citizens of the interested regions;
• Development of cooperation to implement technical and technology innovations created in the region of Southeast Europe and China, in order to increase competitiveness and resilience of the industry;
• Foster all kinds of long-term scientific collaboration of public institutes and universities in order to develop science, which is a stimulator of long-term economy and social development;
• Foster an exchange of cultural and artistic creativity in order to improve understanding of cultural heritage, which contributes to better friendly relations of the interested parties while caring for and protecting own traditions and national identity;
• Foster collaboration in sports of all interested parties;
• Foster all kinds of collaboration in order to improve organic farming as a special system of sustainable agriculture and forestry, which involves crop and animal farming, production of food, basic substances and natural fibres, processing primary products, including all organically, economically and socially viable production methods, while maintaining soil fertility and preserving available water, natural features of plants, animals and landscapes, with increase of yield and resistance in agricultural crop by natural resources along with the prescribed use of fertilizers, pesticides and means for protecting animal welfare in accordance with the internationally adopted standards and principles;
• Establish agencies in all countries where interest from private or state-owned business entities is shown, in order to effectively serve common business interests (in China, Serbia, Slovenia, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria,Republic of Kosovo, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Russia).
