Many who wish to excel do not have access to coaching, and most only obtain sub-par coaching. Our mission is to bring world-class coaching to more people in the world so they have a better chance of achieving their sports dreams and learning the life lessons sports teaches, so they can help make the world a better place. We facilitate the democratization of sports learning so that ALL people have access to world-class coaching no matter their geographic or economic circumstances.

⚽ Meet our soccer coach - Steve McCrath ⚽
McCrath, who holds an "A" coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation and an NSCAA premier license, has also served as a coach for Washington’s Olympic Development Program for five years. In 2011, McCrath also earned a Master Coach Diploma from the NSCAA. In addition, McCrath is the co-coaching director and administrator of Northwest Soccer Camp, one of the nation’s most successful summer soccer camps, in Seattle.

⚽ Meet our soccer coach - Neil McKay ⚽
He was born and raised in Nottingham, England where 'football' is more of a religion than a sport. Like most English children, Neil grew up playing for various local clubs as well as his school and college teams. Neil takes an approach to coaching that focuses on getting the small things right early. Tiny details that can make a huge difference are often overlooked in other training environments.

💡 Many children around the world do not have the opportunity to pursue sports. Many do not even have a chance to play. This is a violation of their rights and it hinders their ability to learn and grow. It also gets in the way of their chance to dream.
