ESN Zadar is a non-profit student organisation for the Erasmus students and the youth of Zadar Our primary goal is to help incoming Erasmus+ students integrate into our small society by organizing different events which help them make new friends, learn more about the town of Zadar or Croatia in genera

l, or just spend a night for a party after a long day of academic obligations. ESN Zadar is one of seven local sections of a larger network of ESN Croatia, alongside ESN Split, ESN Čakovec ESN Rijeka, ESN Osijek, ESN Zagreb and ESN Dubrovnik. Our section comprises very active members who have already been on Erasmus+ programme or are planning to in the near future. We are always here if you have any questions or need any tips! We are also a part of the Buddy system which is common for every ESN section. Every incoming Erasmus+ student can apply for it, while any student of the University of Zadar, including our ESNers, can apply to be assigned to one of the international students. The main duty of Buddy volunteers is to help international students with any inquiries or problems they might come across during their stay in Zadar. Principles of their work include:
- willingness to spend time to help
- selflessness when providing help
- desire to meet new people from different cultures
