We are excited to launch the official page of CATALYST: Peer-Led Career Coaching to Support Disengaged Young People, a new Erasmus+ project bringing together organisations from six European countries.

🔍 About the project
CATALYST aims to strengthen the employability, wellbeing, and resilience of young people through an innovative peer-led career coaching model.
Older youth (25–30) will be trained as peer coaches to support younger peers (18–24) in developing essential skills such as communication, confidence, resilience, and career planning.
Throughout the project, we will develop and implement:
✔ A 6-module training programme for peer coaches
✔ A mental health toolkit for young people (18–25)
✔ An online module for youth workers acting as first responders in mental health support
The project focuses on mental health, social inclusion, digital transformation, and youth empowerment, working closely with communities and stakeholders to create supportive environments for young people transitioning into adulthood and the labour market.
