We are ready to present attending yacht #17 which is none other than the 55m ARGO.

Across 5 expansive decks, this custom-built vessel accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 en-suite luxury cabins, including 2 master staterooms, 3 VIP suites, and 8 queen/twin convertible cabins.

Key features include a sky lounge offering 270-degree panoramic views, an open-air cinema, a large sundeck and an expansive beach club with a sea pool and an outdoor bar.

Add to that an air-conditioned indoor gym, a dedicated onboard spa, a large forward jacuzzi, multiple alfresco dining spaces and 48 water toys and… you pretty much have it all;)

The third (and final) seminar on the 2026 CRO.Y.A. Yacht Charter Show programme will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday, the 30th of September, once again at the Ambasador Hotel. The topic this time will be “Croatian Charter & VAT Rules” and the discussion will be led by Maja Ban of MYS Yachting.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the details that can make the difference. See you there!

ADRIATIC PEARL brings us up to attending yacht #16:) She is a Lagoon 55 catamaran that combines modern yacht design with generous living spaces both inside and on deck. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across 5 cabins (4 double cabins and 1 flexible twin cabin convertible into a double, each with a private en-suite bathroom).

Her large aft cockpit connects directly to the saloon, creating a continuous area for relaxing, dining or spending time together while at anchor. Wide side decks and carefully designed circulation make moving around throughout the day easy.

Time to meet the third of our stellar judges of the 2026 CROYA Chefs’ Competition. Rudolf “Rudi” Štefan is the award-winning owner and head chef of Pelegrini, a renowned fine-dining restaurant located next to the UNESCO-protected Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik, Croatia.

He originally trained as an economist before transitioning into professional gastronomy. Rudi’s cooking focuses on modern, creative interpretations of traditional Dalmatian and Adriatic flavors, utilizing hyper-local seasonal ingredients sourced directly from nearby markets and producers.

He led Pelegrini to become the first restaurant in the Dalmatia region to earn a Michelin star in 2018 (we have included a photograph of that!), an accolade it has successfully maintained year after year.

This year, Pelegrini has again been awarded an outstanding 96 points in the respected Falstaff guide for Croatia. This is a beautiful recognition of everything that happens quietly, every day, before the first guest takes a seat at the table: respect for the ingredient, the space, the guest, and the Dalmatia that is carried on each plate.

By now, most of you will know that extra virgin olive oil will play a leading role at the the 3rd CROYA Yacht Charter Show. And that there will be a stand dedicated to it.

What you don’t know is that 3 gold medal EVOO (2026) producers are sponsoring the Chefs’ Competition and that participants need to incorporate them in their dishes. The first one is Mi Olive.

MI OLIVE Is a monovarietal olive oil obtained exclusively from the fruits of the Levantine olive. This variety produces a superior oil with a fine bitter taste, moderate spiciness, and a fresh grass smell.

MI OLIVE is produced by a small family business from the beautiful island of Brač. They have 260 trees, perfectly positioned on Bol, between the mountains and the world-famous Zlatni Rat Beach. Due to the position of their grove, their olives produce exquisite extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. They are handpicked each year and pressed within a few hours of picking to maximize the flavor of the oil.

We can’t wait to taste it ourselves but that is another matter;) We will speak about it in a future post dedicated to the tastings that will take place every day at the stand;)

At 09:00 on Tuesday the 29th of September, and before the show opens for the day, we would like to invite all attendees to join us at the Ambasador hotel for an interesting seminar led by Kruna Šolić Sutlović from the Croatian National Tourist Board.

The topic? “Croatia’s Upper Crest: A Charter Guide to Istria, Kvarner & North Dalmatia”. Learning more about beautiful destinations that can be added to your guests’ itineraries is a great reason to get up a little earlier in the morning;)

Who else will be joining the dance on the 28th of September? Attending yacht #15 is the stunning 43.53m DALMATINO.

Built in 2019 by Radež Blato, in Croatia, she blends traditional craftsmanship with modern superyacht comforts. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across 6 en-suite cabins, including a master suite, a VIP cabin, and 4 convertible cabins.

One of her standout features is the massive open sun deck/flybridge. It comes equipped with a large bubbly jacuzzi, extensive sunbathing pads, a shaded lounge section, and an outdoor cocktail bar perfect for taking in 360-degree views of the Croatian coastline. Her aft deck is configured for large, open-air group dining and relaxing close to the water.

As far water toys are concerned… there is something for everyone. DALMATINO is equipped with a 6m tender, 2 YAMAHA jet skis, 2 Seabobs, an e-foil, 4 paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, water skis, wakeboards, and snorkeling/fishing gear.

More wonderful news from the 2026 CRO.Y.A. Yacht Charter Show!
Kat Gunn and Habitat Distillery are partnering with CROYA to present the event’s 2nd Cocktail Competition. And this year it's all about capturing the feeling of “Welcome Aboard”: preparing a cocktail that is not simply a greeting but a first glimpse into the beginning of an unforgettable journey.

Participants will be tasked with telling a story through their cocktail. A story that draws inspiration from the vessel, its crew, and the destination. We are looking for cocktails that are creative, memorable, and delicious, but also demonstrate a clear connection between the drink and the guest experience.

What more do you need to know?
- Registrations are open to crew members of yachts attending the 2026 CRO.Y.A. Yacht Charter Show.
- On the 30th of September, mixologists are invited to showcase their creativity, flair, and storytelling in a sun-drenched showdown of craft cocktail artistry
- Places are limited to the first 15 mixologists, so we encourage early sign-up
- Details about the competition (including the judging criteria) as well as the registration form can be found on our website

We would like to thank Habitat Distillery for their support. They are a contemporary craft distillery creating small-batch artisanal spirits that are inspired by distinctive local botanicals and Mediterranean character.
