During the Erasmus Training Course "Make It Sustainable", youngsters from different European countries had the amazing opportunity to learn from each other, exchange good practices and explore practical ways to make our everyday lives and and communities more sustainable.

The TC was hosted by SEE Österreich and co-funded by the European Union. 🇪🇺

We are especially proud that our participants had the chance to present inspiring examples and initiatives, showing that meaningful change can start locally!
Another successful training, new connections, shared experience and many ideas to turn into action – that's what Make It Sustainable was all about!

Recently, the project " Art as a voice for mental health " was successfully implemented in Bulgaria!

Participants from Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Spain and Greece came together to explore their identities and artistic expressions, to examine the link between creativity, mental health, and societal
stereotypes.
The project promotes open discussions, critical thinking and communication skills, encouraging personal growth and well-being.

The project raised awareness about mental
health complexities, empowered young people to express themselves through art and created a safe space for all.

Thanks to for making this happen.

Just recently, our members received their youthpass for the youth exchange: " The art against hate." Hosted in Berlin, this youth exchange was based on the pressing issues of hate
speech and cyberbullying, which significantly impact European youth in this digital age we live in. By promoting digital respect and leveraging the transformative power of the arts, this project has
empowered young people to combat online hate effectively. More than 40 youngsters from Croatia, The Czech Republic, Turkey, Greece, Poland, Lithuania, Italy, and Germany came together to be a part of this journey.
Some of the objectives of the project were:
Creating online Respect - Forming an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
Artistic Engagement - Using music, dance, photography, and crafts to address hate
speech and cyberbullying.
Awareness and Education - Raising awareness about cyberbullying through educational outreach.

We thank our partner for making this project a reality, and we hope for more collaborations such as this one in the future.

Our members have just recently returned from Portugal after attending a training course by the name of " Be the change you want to see."" The project was hosted in Peniche, a beautiful part of the country just an hour north of lisbon. Youngsters from more than 10 countries came together to develop various techniques of conflict analysis; prevention, and peace building and applying these skills in social contexts. Using the tools of non-formal education, the participants created methods on how nonviolent dialogue could help us in “building bridges between East and West”. During the project, the concept of non-violent communication was implemented. The aim was to improve communication and relationships between individuals and groups by promoting empathy and connection. The fundamental objectives of the TC were to develop the concepts of understanding peace and peace education at all levels. To also gain awareness on the importance of nonviolent conflict resolution. Moreover, to support the participants in learning how to guide and facilitate intercultural processes in peace education settings. We are grateful for for creating this experience that will have a positive impact on the many who attended it and those to whom this knowledge will be passed on.

Grateful for the incredible experience hosting the Erasmus Project TC "Digital Skills in youth work" in Bansko, Bulgaria! 🌍

From October 9th to 19th, we were honored to welcome participants from Croatia, Lithuania, Greece, the Czech Republic, Sweden, The Republic of North Macedonia, Spain, and Bulgaria, immersing them in a dynamic learning environment where they gained invaluable skills and insights. Special thanks to everyone involved – your dedication to fostering digital literacy is what made this project so special. We're excited to see these newfound skills applied in future endeavors by our participants!💡

During the course participants dived deep into various digital platforms and their many uses. Their work involved problem-solving, technical skills such as data analysis and graphic design as well as soft skills such as team work and time management. Their confidence in digital skills changed positively, alongside a better understanding of data privacy and cyber security principles – the recognition of threats, risks, and preventative measures.

The youth workers also focused on digital marketing and online communication. This aspect nurtured critical thinking through interactive discussions, and refined project management and presentation skills. This brings us to our main focus and huge success - a full fledged booklet written by the participants. Together, all of us created this booklet that focused on one of the most important aspects of the TC - digital skills in youth work business development connected to the EU key goals.

The booklet is available in the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a836HjHiUnZ7_3cPcwCPVH42L-cZU3EJ/view?usp=sharing
