Program Rikona sastoji se od raznog edukativnog sadržaja (predavanja, predstavljanja, radionice, masterclass, sadržaj za tinejđere, sadržaj za djecu), zabavnog programa i natjecanja (kvizovi, igre, Cosplay natjecanje, video game zona, board game zona, TCG zona, LARP), te popratnog programa kao što je mnoštvo izložbenih i prodajnih štandova, izložbe i interaktivne izložbe umjetnika, dizajnera i
modnih dizajnera, te gastro kutak sa hrvatskim craft pivom i izvanrednom ponudom fast fooda lokalne proizvodnje. Dokaz da Rikon obiluje kvalitetnim programom pokazuju popisi programskih stavki proteklih godina, kojima se jasno vrednuje doprinos konvencije lokalnoj zajednici. Počasni gosti su redom poznata inozemna imena poput nagrađivanih britanskih pisaca Adriana Tchaikovskog i Garetha L. Powella, američko-francuske spisateljice Aliette de Bodard, britanske spisateljice, podcasterice i naratorice audio knjiga Emme Newman te nizozemskog pisca Thomasa Olde Heuvelta. Rikon 2020 bio je domaćin europske znanstveno-fantastične konvencije Eurocon te je nosio poseban naziv Futuricon. te prvi Eurocon čiji je program održan pretežno online.

Rikon's programme consists of educational content (lectures, presentations, workshops, masterclasses, content for teenagers, content for children), entertainment content and competitions (quizzes, games, cosplay competition, video game zone, board game zone, trading card games, LARP zone), and accompanying content such as many promotional and merchant stands, exhibitions and interactive exhibitions hosted by artists, designers and fashion designers, as well as a gastro corner with Croatian craft beer and excellent, locally produced food. Proof that Rikon is rich in quality is shown by the lists of program content in recent years, which clearly adds the value of the convention's contribution to the local community. Special guests include well-known foreign names such as award-winning British writers Adrian Tchaikovsky and Gareth L. Powell, American-French writer Aliette de Bodard, British writer, podcaster and audio book narrator Emma Newman and Dutch writer Thomas Olde Heuvelt. Rikon 2020 hosted the European science fiction convention Eurocon and bore a special name Futuricon. Futuricon was the third Eurocon held in Croatia (after 1986 and 2012) and the first Eurocon whose program was held mostly online.
