Tražimo ekipu za novu avanturu u Palermu! 🇮🇹✨

Otvaramo prijave za međunarodnu razmjenu mladih “ExChange 2026 – Common Ground” koja će se održati u Palermu (Sicilija, Italija) od 27. rujna do 6. listopada 2026. (putni dani: 27. rujna i 6. listopada).

Na razmjeni će se okupiti mladi iz Italije, Španjolske, Hrvatske i Rumunjske. Kroz storytelling, medijsku pismenost i digitalne alate istraživat ćemo:

♻️ kako smanjiti otpad i imati čišće kvartove

🚶 javni prijevoz u gradovima

🏙️ kako oživjeti javne prostore i dati im novi život

Sve to kroz gradske ture, radionice, kreativne zadatke, foto/video sadržaj i puno druženja u internacionalnoj ekipi.

Koga tražimo?
- mlade od 18 do 30 godina
- otvorene, znatiželjne osobe koje zanima grad u kojem žive, okoliš, javni prostori i digitalni mediji
- ljude koji se žele okušati u digitalnom storytellingu i sudjelovati u životu svojih zajednica

Prijaviti se možeš kao:
- group leader (18+)
- sudionik/sudionica (18-30)

🛏️ smještaj i 🍽️ hranu u potpunosti pokriva projekt
✈️ putni troškovi se refundiraju do 309 € po osobi (uz čuvanje svih računa, karata i boarding passova)
🌍 tjedan dana u Palermu uz more, sunce i međunarodnu ekipu

ENG🇬🇧: The last steps of our journey ☀️

Day 5: We started the day off with a session about one of the most important and most valuable life skills: the topic of active listening, and the skill of giving and receiving feedback from others. We have immediately put our newly acquired skills to test, with our participants giving presentations (and feedback) on their own project ideas. After this, our participants wrote their love letters of support for the other teams' ideas, discussing along the way their inspirations for the presentations, and letting their imagination take the wheel in answering a very important question: how would they realize their projects if they had an unlimited budget for it? 🫧

Day 6: We have started the last day of the exchange by summarizing what we have learned up to this point, on the topic of the key skills and the Youthpass through Youthpass Islands activity, after which we discussed some ideas regarding our participants' first steps upon their return home. Our participants had a chance to evaluate their experience, while everybody got their own well earned Youthpass certificates. 😄

This last week we had a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other, to learn crucial skills important both to our future projects, and to everyday communication, and we got to grow together from our shared experiences. We are grateful for this amazing journey, and for the wonderful time we have spent with our delightful participants! Cheers to many more such beautiful experiences, and goodbye until next time! 👋🫶

ENG🇬🇧: Full steam ahead!

Day 3: On Day 3 we focused on the solidarity projects, exploring opportunities for bringing real change to our communities. Next we had an exciting afternoon, with four teams from Croatia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Portugal, presenting us with the important topics: advocacy vs. activism, safe spaces vs. brave spaces, the art of communication, and the question of what is our motivation for trying to make a difference?✌️

Day 4: Our participants had an opportunity to explore and design their own project ideas, which they will have a chance to bring to realization upon the end of their exchange. We have touched upon all of the steps of making an intervention in our communities, and what it takes for a project to show solidarity. After the activities, we took a break to explore the local community and enjoy the beautiful environment of the famous rivers in the Karlovac region. 🏞

HR🇭🇷: Naprijed punom parom!

Dan 3: Treći dan fokusirali smo se na projekte solidarnosti, pomoću kojih smo istražili mogućnosti za pokretanje stvarnih promjena u našoj zajednici. Nakon toga uslijedilo je uzbudljivo poslijepodne, u kojemu su nam četiri tima, redom iz Hrvatske, Španjolske, Češke i Portugala predstavili važna pitanja: zagovaranje vs. aktivizam, sigurni prostori vs. prostori za hrabrost, umjetnost komunikacije te pitanje motivacije koja stoji iza naše želje za donošenjem promjena.✌️

Dan 4: Naši sudionici imali su prilike istražiti i osmisliti ideje za vlastite projekte, koje će imati prilike razviti po povratku s razmjene. Dotakli smo se svih koraka u postupku planiranja intervencije u zajednici, i o tome što projekt čini solidarnim. Nakon aktivnosti, napravili smo pauzu za istraživanje lokalne zajednice i uživanje u prekrasnom okolišu poznatih karlovačkih rijeka. 🏞

ENG🇬🇧: We're off to a great start!

Day 1: We started our day full of activities with getting to know each other, and the projects we are working on. Along with the team building activities, we also managed to take some time off for a break over some lunch and coffee. ☕️

Day 2: On Day 2 we held a panel on what it means to be actively involved in the decision-making processes as a young person, along with the 2 Countries Workshop, hosting participants from Italy and Portugal.

HR🇭🇷: Imali smo sjajan početak!

Dan 1: Započeli smo naš dan prepun aktivnosti uz međusobno upoznavanje sudionika, kao i projekata na kojima radimo. Uz aktivnosti vezane uz team-building, uspjeli smo i pronaći malo vremena za pauzu uz ručak i kavu. ☕️

Dan 2: Drugi dan održali smo diskusiju o tome što znači aktivno sudjelovati u procesu donošenja odluka kao mlada osoba, uz radionicu sudionika iz Italije i Portugala.
