“Youth Leader 101” Training Course, 11 ülkeden 22 katılımcıyı bir araya getirdi.
Bu eğitim süreci; gençlerin Erasmus+ Gençlik Değişimleri kapsamında grup lideri rolüne hazırlanmasını hedefledi. 🎯
Program boyunca katılımcılar:
✔️ proje hazırlık, uygulama ve takip süreçlerini öğrendi,
✔️ liderlik ve kolaylaştırıcılık becerilerini geliştirdi,
✔️ iletişim, zaman yönetimi ve karar alma konularında pratik deneyim kazandı,
✔️ non-formal eğitim yöntemlerini uygulayarak kendi atölyelerini hayata geçirdi.
Aynı zamanda yerel yönetimle gerçekleştirilen sunumlar sayesinde, gençlik çalışmaları alanında iyi uygulama örnekleri ve yerel etkiler paylaşıldı.
Bu eğitim yalnızca bir öğrenme süreci değil;
💡 gençlerin katılımcı rolden liderliğe geçişini destekleyen,
🌍 uluslararası iş birliklerini güçlendiren,
🚀 ve gelecekteki projeler için somut adımlar üreten bir deneyim oldu.
Elde edilen kazanımların gerçek etkisi ise bir sonraki gençlik değişimlerinde sahada görülecek.

The “Youth Leader 101” Training Course brought together 22 participants from 11 countries.
This training aimed to prepare young people for the role of group leaders within Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges. 🎯
Throughout the program, participants:
✔️ learned about the preparation, implementation, and follow-up phases of projects,
✔️ developed their leadership and facilitation skills,
✔️ gained practical experience in communication, time management, and decision-making,
✔️ implemented their own workshops using non-formal education methods.
At the same time, presentations held with the local municipality enabled the sharing of good practices and local impact in the field of youth work.
This training was not only a learning experience;
💡 it supported young people in transitioning from participants to leaders,
🌍 strengthened international cooperation,
🚀 and created concrete steps for future projects.
