Day two and three of workshops in Dublin!
As part of the Erasmus+ project “Developing Future Career Leaders” (DFCL, ref. KA210-YOU-907A329D), the Youth Career Centre Dubrovnik, in cooperation with the Irish organisation , continues its programme of empowering young people for leadership and career development. The project involves 10 students from .hr and .
The second day was dedicated to leadership through hands-on work. Working in groups together with children, the students took on the role of a leader and applied their knowledge in a real-life setting. The experience proved extremely valuable, as the young participants got to step into and truly feel themselves in such a role for the first time — leading, motivating and taking responsibility.
The third day focused on careers and personal development. The students worked on creating their own CV and learned why a CV matters, what it is used for and how to put one together properly. This was followed by a talk on personal development, growth and behaviour with life coach , through which the young people learned more about themselves, their values and their potential.
These two days brought the workshop part of the programme to an inspiring close — our students are returning home richer in new knowledge, skills and self-confidence!
