project aims to empower and support vulnerable youth in accessing employment opportunities within the digital economy by enhancing their digital skills and competences. The project’s main objective is supporting personal, social and professional development of disadvantaged young people by building their digital readiness, resilience and mental wellbeing. The project aims to enhance the digital
skills and employability of youth in NEED to ensure their equal access to the labor market and promote inclusivity. Objectives are: Increase their digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, Strengthen their employability by developing their digital skills and competences, Promote equal access in the labor market, support youth employability, inclusion, and diversity, Equip youth workers with tools to support youth in need effectively. The project activities include digital skills training empowering them with computer literacy, online communication, etc. Youth workers will receive mentoring training, fostering their guidance abilities through accessible materials and practical workshops. Dissemination will occur via social media, the project website, and national piloting sessions, promoting the project's impact widely. A manual on digital and youth development will also be created, serving as a comprehensive guide. Expected results include increased digital skills for 90 youth in total and 30 Youth workers, improved employability perceptions, enhanced inclusivity in training, empowered youth workers, extensive dissemination, and a comprehensive manual on digital skills and youth development. These outcomes will contribute to long-term youth empowerment and inclusivity. Also through the dissemination material additional youth could also benefit.
