Boost Your Digital Intelligence The B-Digi! Boost Your Digital Intelligence (B-Digi) is a project funded by Erasmus Small Scale partnerships.

project aims to empower and support vulnerable youth in accessing employment opportunities within the digital economy by enhancing their digital skills and competences. The project’s main objective is supporting personal, social and professional development of disadvantaged young people by building their digital readiness, resilience and mental wellbeing. The project aims to enhance the digital

skills and employability of youth in NEED to ensure their equal access to the labor market and promote inclusivity. Objectives are: Increase their digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, Strengthen their employability by developing their digital skills and competences, Promote equal access in the labor market, support youth employability, inclusion, and diversity, Equip youth workers with tools to support youth in need effectively. The project activities include digital skills training empowering them with computer literacy, online communication, etc. Youth workers will receive mentoring training, fostering their guidance abilities through accessible materials and practical workshops. Dissemination will occur via social media, the project website, and national piloting sessions, promoting the project's impact widely. A manual on digital and youth development will also be created, serving as a comprehensive guide. Expected results include increased digital skills for 90 youth in total and 30 Youth workers, improved employability perceptions, enhanced inclusivity in training, empowered youth workers, extensive dissemination, and a comprehensive manual on digital skills and youth development. These outcomes will contribute to long-term youth empowerment and inclusivity. Also through the dissemination material additional youth could also benefit.

The trainings focused on enhancing digital competences, sharing practical experiences, and exploring innovative approaches to digital literacy. It was a valuable learning process that encouraged collaboration, active participation, and the exchange of ideas among all involved.

📸 Throwback to May – Training in Romania 🇷🇴

Back in May, our Romanian partners successfully completed an inspiring training seminar as part of the Boost Your Digital Intelligence project.

During the sessions, participants strengthened their digital skills, exchanged best practices, and explored practical tools to better navigate today’s digital world. The training was also a great opportunity for collaboration, learning, and building strong connections across partners.

The final transnational meeting of the Boost Your Digital Intelligence (B-Digi!) project took place in Bucharest, Romania, on October 17–18, 2025. Representatives from partner organisations in Cyprus, Croatia, and Romania participated in the event.

Over the course of two productive days, the partners evaluated the overall project implementation and discussed the ongoing mentoring programme. They also finalized preparations for the upcoming Multiplier Event and exchanged ideas about future collaborations and potential extensions of the current project.

As part of the meeting, participants also took part in a study visit to Bucharest’s Old Town, where they explored the city’s rich cultural heritage and discussed the importance of connecting digital innovation with cultural and social inclusion.

The second transnational project meeting for Boost Your Digital Intelligence project was held in Croatia on February 27–28, 2025. The meeting was attended by partners from Romania and Croatia, along with the coordinator from Cyprus.

During the two-day meeting, the partners evaluated the progress made so far in the project’s implementation and clarified the next steps and activities. More specifically, they discussed the Manual on Digital Skills in Youth Development and finalized preparations for the Training of Young People and Youth Workers on Digital Skills.
