Today, we get to celebrate something remarkable.

Four years ago, we expanded E2E’s programming so rural students could finish high school in their own communities. This year, 96% of our 10th and 11th graders graduated.

And in many communities, a powerful cycle continues: E2E alumni now serve as the teachers. They return to the very classrooms where they once sat, guiding the next generation with the insight only they can offer.

It’s not new.
It’s intentional.
It’s the model we’ve been building for years.

Because lasting change happens when young people grow up, step forward, and help lift others with them.

Today is a joyful milestone for our students. We’d love for you to share in this celebration with us. 🙌

Proud of our students who attended the Green Alliances International Congress on climate change in Tegucigalpa. 🌱

During the event, companies shared that they are ready to buy plastic waste collected in our communities representing a meaningful opportunity for areas facing severe plastic buildup that worsens mosquito breeding grounds and pollutes local rivers. This complements the environmental leadership initiatives students are already carrying out in their communities and adds another layer of sustainability. ♻️
It not only reduces trash and teaches the circular economy, but could also help fund school supplies and scholarships.

Rural youth leading real solutions for a cleaner, healthier Honduras. 🇭🇳

In San Juan, Choluteca, our student leaders celebrated the completion of their Legacy Project in Education — a youth-led literacy campaign that will now be carried forward by future generations of students at the same E2E Academy.

Through this project, young leaders taught adults in their community to read and write, with participants receiving official certification through the Cuban “Yo Sí Puedo” program.

Legacy Projects like this one ensure that each new class of E2E students continues building on the progress of those before them, sustaining change over time and proving that education truly multiplies when shared. ✨

💧 In Las Delicias, our students replaced decades-old broken water pipes so that 500+ people can have reliable access to clean water.
They didn’t do it alone—E2E leaders invited adult leaders to join, and together they made it possible. Members of the Fabretto Spain office were even there to lend a hand during their first visit to E2E Honduras.
E2E youth leadership in action. 🌱

☕✨ A heartfelt thank you to for choosing Educate2Envision as the partner of this year’s auction, raising over $2,000 to support education and youth entrepreneurship in coffee-producing communities across rural Honduras!

We’re also deeply grateful for the opportunity to once again send two of our incredible alumni Norlan and Isalia—now budding coffee entrepreneurs—to experience the world of specialty coffee up close. From cupping sessions to learning new brewing methods and understanding how exporters evaluate quality, this was an unforgettable hands-on learning experience.

Thank you for investing in the next generation of rural leaders. The future of coffee is brighter because of spaces like this. 💪🇭🇳

Thanks to our partner , our high school students in the south set foot on a university campus for the very first time. They attended a career fair designed just for them, participated in VOLAR courses led by student instructors, and were welcomed with such respect, care, and encouragement at every visit.

When universities open their doors, rural youth start to believe they belong. The impact is transformational not just for students, but for entire communities.

This partnership is a model for what’s possible when we build cross-sector bridges to higher education. Especially in regions with high migration, exposure like this can change the course of a young person’s life.

👉 Don’t miss the last video — one of our students shares what this experience meant to her. 💙

🚀 The new NIDO in San Jerónimo, Comayagua is officially open! Over 30 tenth-grade students from 4 local schools have just begun their VOLAR journey, starting with emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and effective communication.

It all came together because the right people stepped up: the municipal government offered the space, Intesa connected it to the world with donated internet, and Fundación ADEY helped make it all possible through their generous financial support.

When each partner does their part, rural youth get the chance to do theirs: show up, learn, and lead.

May 30 marks Día del Árbol / National Tree Day, a celebration of the mighty pine— Honduras’ national tree and the most abundant forest species in the country. 🇭🇳

Our student leaders spent the day teaching younger kids how to protect the forests that surround their communities. From reforestation to forest fire prevention, they’re helping leadership take root in the next generation.
