One unsterilized pair can quickly become a "Litter Pyramid." Over 4 years, a single unsterilized female can generate 2,000+ offspring. This leads to a projected growth of 20,000+ avoidable births, resulting in suffering, disease, and overcrowding.

By sterilizing 526 animals last May, we activated "The Multiplier of Prevention." Each animal checked off the list is a chain broken.

While we are still celebrating the 526 lives changed in May, the wheels are already turning for our next massive target: September 2026!
To create a truly healthy, sustainable future for Roatán's animals, consistency is everything. Our biannual clinics are designed to break the cycle of overpopulation for good, and planning for Fall is officially in motion!

We are absolutely elated looking back at the incredible success of last week’s spay and neuter clinic! Everything went so smoothly, and it’s all thanks to our phenomenal team, selfless volunteers, and amazing community support. We really do have the best crew around, and the impact we're making together is just unmatched! ❤️

But we aren't hitting the brakes just yet. We are already gearing up, diving into logistics, and planning our next clinic coming up this **September**! 🗓️✨

RTR Spay & Neuter would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire team Turtle Creek Veterinary Medical Center for your generous donation of supplies, your unwavering support, and the dedication of your staff.

Because of your contributions, our team provided spay and neuter services to 526 animals in just three days across two islands in Honduras. The donated supplies played a vital role in making this mission possible and allowed us to provide high-quality care to hundreds of animals that otherwise may not have had access to veterinary services.

We are especially grateful for the three veterinary technicians Mallory, Jon and Kaylee who volunteered their time, skills, and compassion to serve alongside us. Their hard work and commitment made an incredible impact on both the animals and the communities we served.

A special thank you also goes to Dr. Rocky. The knowledge, guidance, and innovative ideas he shared throughout the planning and ex*****on of this mission are truly priceless. His expertise helped strengthen our program and contributed greatly to the success of this clinic.
