The project empowers children living in poverty unable to afford the cost of an education with a full scholarship giving them hope for a brighter future.

Believing that all children are created in the image of God who holds great plans for each of their lives, Empowering Education International helps children living in poverty to create a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities through education.

Education is changing futures in Uganda.

Eighteen students from Double Hope are currently sponsored through Empowering Education International and attending various high schools in their community. After seventh grade, students must pass a government exam to qualify for high school, and these students consistently achieve some of the highest scores in the region.

Many more children dream of continuing their education, but additional sponsors are needed to make that possible. Through sponsorship, students gain access to opportunities that can help them break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.

Together, we can open more doors through education.

The first day of the mission trip in Honduras began at , where the team joined the Sunday service. Ps. .bream shared the message, and afterward everyone gathered for a fellowship lunch with the congregation.

Later, the team visited the nursing home in the city of Danlí, where many elderly residents have been forgotten and receive very few visitors. Through conversations, prayer, and companionship, the team was able to spend meaningful time with the residents and remind them that they are valued and loved.

It was a day filled with worship, fellowship, and opportunities to serve the community.
