Project EMPATHY provides territory wide drug preventive service for high-risk youths and their parents/caregivers from non-Chinese communities. We emphasize the importance of empathy when delivering drug preventive service to at-risk youths, handling drug abuse problems among them as well as the situation their parents/ caregivers would face with.
