【🌙學習小夥伴的中秋小聚】

中秋前夕，治療及支援中心的課室變身成小工坊！6個學習小夥伴聚在一起，投入各種節慶活動，節日氣氛濃厚！

小朋友化身小廚神，齊齊動手搓湯圓。掌握搓揉力度和控制餡料分量並不容易，每一步都是小手肌肉與專注力的練習，辛苦過後大家都吃得津津有味；之後大家一邊品嚐月餅，一邊動動腦筋猜燈謎，歡笑聲此起彼落。

而壓軸環節是親手製作木燈籠。小朋友做了兔子、月餅等不同造型，完成後互相欣賞彼此的作品 ，臉上盡是滿足的笑容。

【🌙 Learning Buddies' Mid-Autumn Gathering】

On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the classrooms of our Therapy and Support Center transformed into little workshops! 6 children from Learning Buddies gathered together to take part in a range of festive activities, filling the air with holiday cheer!

The children became little chefs and made sweet dumplings together. Mastering the right kneading pressure and controlling the filling amount was no easy task — every step was a workout for their fine motor skills and concentration. After all their hard work, everyone enjoyed the fruits of their labour. Afterwards, they savoured mooncakes while putting their minds to solving lantern riddles, with laughter filling the room.

The grand finale was making wooden lanterns by hand. The children created different designs — rabbits, mooncakes, and more — and after finishing, they admired each other's work, their faces beaming with satisfaction.

【「運」SEN 解數同樂日圓滿結束｜APF攤位回顧 🤹🏼】

暑假來到尾聲， 一連兩日的《逆轉勝》「運」SEN 解數同樂日已於8月29及30日順利舉行！當日有運動員分享、講座、親子運動體驗等精彩項目。而APF很榮幸成為活動的支持機構之一，於現場設置攤位遊戲，與公眾一同邊玩邊認識SEN，感受共融體育的魅力。

我們準備了兩個趣味遊戲，吸引不少一家大細前來挑戰：
🎯 運「洞」天地
把球拋進不同分數的洞口，分數越高，獎品越豐富！遊戲刺激之餘亦能訓練手部肌肉、手眼協調與準繩度，大人細路都玩得投入。

抽取一張挑戰卡，完成運動問答題或動作指令，即可挑戰成功！邊玩邊學，認識更多運動小知識。

【“Sports” SEN Fun Day Successfully Concluded | APF Booth Recap 🤹🏼】

As summer drew to a close, the two-day InspiringHK – "Sports" SEN Fun Day was successfully held on 29 and 30 August! The event featured athlete sharings, talks, and parent-child sports experiences. APF was honored to be one of the supporting organizations, setting up booth games on-site to play and learn about SEN alongside the public, and to experience the unique charm of inclusive sports.

We prepared two fun games that attracted many families to come and take on the challenge:
🎯 Ball Toss & Score
Throw the ball into holes with different scores — the higher the score, the richer the prize! The game is exciting and also helps train hand muscles, hand-eye coordination, and accuracy. Both adults and children had a great time.
🃏 APF Challenge Station
Draw a challenge card and complete a sports quiz question or action instruction to succeed! Play while you learn, and discover more fun facts about sports.

【👨🏻爸爸ABA工作坊｜為期一年同行計劃正式展開】

每逢週末總為安排家庭活動而煩惱 ？來參加爸爸ABA工作坊，爸爸能學到實用教養技巧，小朋友亦有室內冷氣地方放電，一次過滿足兩種需要！

早前（8月1日），第一場三小時工作坊已順利完成。一班爸爸帶著困惑踏出第一步，開啟了學習與孩子同行的新旅程。

講師以生活化的例子拆解ABA核心概念，包括「ABC公式」與「代幣系統」的實際應用。課程特別設有角色扮演環節——爸爸需代入孩子的行為模式（例如坐不定、發脾氣等），另一位爸爸則在旁觀察，共同分析行為背後的原因，並即場練習應對方法。各爸爸積極交流照顧心得，過程中笑料與共鳴並存，一旁觀課的媽媽亦不時忍俊不禁。

我們於課堂期間同步開放了幼兒遊樂區，現場設有過百件玩具讓小朋友盡情放電 ，駐場治療師亦提供簡單治療諮詢。

【👨🏻 Dads‘ ABA Workshop | A One-Year Journey of Learning Together】

Stuck on weekend family plans? Come join the Dads‘ ABA Workshop – a place where dads learn practical parenting skills while kids enjoy indoor playtime in a cool, indoor space. Two needs, one solution!

Earlier (August 1), the first 3-hour workshop was successfully completed. A group of dads, unsure and full of questions, took that first step and embarked on a journey of learning to connect better with their children.

Our instructor broke down core ABA concepts like the "ABC formula" and "token system" using everyday examples. The session also included role‑play where dads acted out their children's behaviours (e.g., moving around, tantrums) while others observed and analyzed the reasons behind those actions, practicing responses on the spot. Dads shared real-life experiences, creating a space filled with laughter and empathy – even the observing moms couldn't help but chuckle.

During the workshop, we opened a kids' play area stocked with over a hundred toys, so children could burn off energy, while our on-site therapist offered simple consultations.

The Dads’ ABA Program runs for a full year, featuring a 3‑hour workshop each month, plus two 8‑session intensive courses for those who want to dive deeper into ABA techniques – equipping dads to become more confident partners in their child's growth.

【APF x 一喜種田｜從播種到收穫的學習旅程🌱】

早前（4月21日）， Aspire 青年發展中心 學員於宏天空中農莊率先展開一場農耕實作。在專業導師指導下，他們手握鋤頭，進行鬆土、播種、施肥及除草等需要較高技巧與耐心的農務工序。學員親手種植紫蘇葉，並持續觀察作物生長變化，從中累積系統性的農業知識，體會生命成長的歷程與農夫的扎實付出——這是比單純收成更深入的學習。

而上周三（6月3日），我們治療及支援中心 「學習小夥伴」的小朋友則接力參與另一階段的工作：親手採摘成熟的農作物，認識雞蛋花、秋葵、青瓜等蔬果植物。小朋友一邊收成，一邊學習分辨植物特徵，笑聲滿載農莊。

感謝 Farm Together 提供場地及專業的耕作課程，讓不同能力的學員與小朋友都能在真實農耕環境中，找到適合自己的學習角色。透過這次從播種到收成的完整歷程，大家共同體會農夫的艱辛，也更懂得珍惜得來不易的食物🌿

【APF x Farm Together | A Learning Journey from Sowing to Harvest 🌱】

Earlier (April 21), Aspire learners were the first to take part in a hands-on farming experience at Sky Farm, Skyline Tower.

Under the guidance of professional instructors, they wielded hoes and carried out tasks such as loosening soil, sowing seeds, applying fertilizer, and weeding — all of which require both skill and patience. Aspirers planted perilla leaves and continued to observe the growth of the crops, gaining systematic agricultural knowledge while experiencing the process of life and the dedicated effort of farmers — a deeper form of learning that goes beyond mere harvesting.

Then, on June 3, the children from our “Learning Buddies” program at the Therapy and Support Center took on another phase of the journey: harvesting the ripe crops and learning to recognize different plants and vegetables such as plumeria, okra, and cucumber. As they collected the harvest, they learned to identify the unique characteristics of each plant, filling the farm with laughter and joy.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Sino Farm-together for providing the venue and organsing the farming programme, allowing learners and children of different abilities to find their suitable role in an authentic farming environment. Through this complete journey — from sowing to harvesting — everyone came to understand the hard work of farmers and learned to truly appreciate the value of food that does not come easily 🌿

預祝每一位默默付出的爸爸，父親節快樂！

我的先生是一個對自己要求很高的人。當我提到想提名他參加「星級爸爸」計劃時，他的第一反應是沈默，隨後謙虛地拒絕，覺得自己做得還不夠好，未必稱得上「星級」。但在我心中，這一年多以來，他為了我們的孩子所做出的改變與付出，已經給了我們最踏實、最溫暖的支持。這篇文章，是我作為妻子，想對他的辛勞與堅持給予的一份肯定。

面對疲憊，選擇為愛踏出房間

先生的性格內斂，不善言辭。身為家庭的經濟支柱，他在外工作壓力極大，以前下班回家時，體力與精神往往已經到了極限。那段時間，他最渴望的補償就是躲在房間裡玩手機，在那小小的螢幕中尋找一點屬於自己的安靜空間。然而，那時我們的孩子大約五歲，正是最需要體力與耐性去照顧的階段。由於孩子當時非常「黏」我，我常常處於緊繃狀態，身心俱疲。當我最終向先生坦誠表達我需要休息空間與「Me Time」時，他沒有推諉，而是認真地開始反省。他意識到，自己必須放下手機，走進孩子的生活。於是，他開始主動接手陪孩子玩的責任。現在，每個星期他休息的那天，都會獨自帶孩子外出。這對以前習慣安靜、不愛流汗的他來說，是一個很大的跨越。

用雙腳與車輪，陪孩子探索世界

為了幫電力充沛的孩子「放電」，先生開始研究各種行山路線。從南朗山、嘉頓山、主教山到大帽山、千島湖，這兩年他陪著孩子走過許多地方。他雖然不愛戶外運動，但為了讓孩子接觸大自然，他願意頂著太陽，陪著孩子一級一級向上走。

為了讓這份陪伴能持續，他更將自己唯一的興趣轉化為親子的連結。先生平日生活簡單，很少娛樂，以前放假最愛獨自踩單車。從去年開始，他和我合力教導小朋友學會了踩單車。現在，我們的親子時間多了一項重要活動：去全香港不同地方踩單車。我們一家曾一起征服馬鞍山、大埔、大圍，甚至是元朗南生圍。過程中，我們驚喜地發掘到兒子的意志力很強，而且非常耐踩。孩子現在非常熱愛踩單車，也喜歡跟著爸爸發掘新地方。有一次，先生獨自帶他從屯門踩去元朗，結束後兩人一起去吃那份他們都喜愛的甜品——屯門很出名的「B仔涼粉」。看著孩子滿足的樣子，先生也感到了前所未有的快樂。今年三月，爸爸更帶孩子參加了「博愛單車百萬行」。在孩子剛滿六歲不久的年紀，竟然能在昂船洲的馬路上堅持踏完 13 公里的路程。父子倆在昂船洲大橋拍了一張相，兩人站在平時難得一上的高速公路上，那張相片充滿了共同完成目標的自豪與滿足。

從興趣到專業：為了守護而努力

除了體能上的陪伴，先生也用心觀察孩子的喜好。孩子喜歡電子手錶，為了擴闊兒子的興趣，他會帶孩子去不同牌子的電子店，甚至是電子特賣場逛逛；孩子喜歡巴士，他就會陪孩子玩「巴士隨機遊」，隨機上車及轉車，看看會到達哪裡。隨着意想不到的下車地點，孩子對於乘搭交通工具變得越來越有彈性。

上年開始，我們發現孩子很喜歡看露營的影片，為了確保安全和更有系統地帶我們去野外，先生利用公餘時間考取了山藝一級及二級證照。今年四月，我們一家人成功完成了第一次露營。其間他很有耐性地教導我和孩子一起合力搭建帳篷、天幕，以及煮食，整個過程孩子臉上都充滿著新奇和開心，這讓我們都感到非常滿足。

最珍貴的收穫：兩父子的對話

這些努力換來了最珍貴的結果：以前孩子眼裡只有媽媽，但現在孩子非常享受每週一次與爸爸單獨相處的時光。最讓我感動的是，孩子現在很喜歡與爸爸「傾偈」，兩父子能開始有互動、有對話。對我們家庭來說，這就是最巨大的進步。先生常說自己未必是最好的爸爸，但他絕對是最願意為了孩子去改變、去學習、去付出的爸爸。這篇文章，是我對他這段路程的一份肯定。他在我心中，早已是實至名歸的星級爸爸。
