Starting from end-May 2026, the caller ID 1828 5xx or 1828 6xx will be displayed when phone calls are made by hospitals and clinics of the Hospital Authority. Please take note of the arrangement.

Please stay vigilant and verify the identity of the callers when receiving suspicious phone call and do not disclose your personal information. If in doubt, please report to the Police.

$2 Scheme changes from a flat $2 fare per trip to "$2 Flat Rate or 80 Per cent Off" from April 3, 2026.

For adult fares at $10 or below, only $2 is payable, while an 80 per cent discount applies to adult fares over $10.
