荃灣第七旅是一支隸屬荃灣官立中學的學校旅團。本旅成立於一九五六年代，至今已有逾五十年的歷史，比荃灣區會還要長，是本區歷史最悠久的現存童軍旅團。

近年，在一群熱心領袖的帶領之下，本旅的發展更趨興旺在未來的日子，我們將精益求精，堅決不移的發揚童軍精神！本旅的童軍團更連續多年獲選為優異旅團，更於2010年成立深資童軍團
