A meaningful afternoon celebrating sustainable fashion, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration between Hong Kong and the UK.

Eight outstanding Hong Kong designers showcased their creative work, demonstrating the global potential of Hong Kong fashion talent.

We were honoured to welcome industry leaders from the jewellery, footwear, cheongsam, and tailoring sectors, alongside Hon. Sunny Tan, Legislative Council Member (Textiles & Garment), and Prof. Erin Cho, Dean of the School of Fashion and Textiles, PolyU.

Special thanks to all speakers, designers, partners, supporters, and Youth College (International) for making this event possible.

Together, we continue to strengthen Hong Kong–UK connections and advance a more sustainable future for fashion.

The fashion industry is evolving rapidly, driven by sustainability, innovation, and global collaboration.

We are delighted to host the “Connecting Hong Kong Fashion Design Professionals with the UK Market” Outcome Sharing Seminar, organised by SFAA Foundation Limited.

This seminar explores the latest developments in sustainable fashion and shares valuable insights into Hong Kong’s growing engagement with the UK fashion market. Eight selected Hong Kong fashion designers will showcase their outstanding works, highlighting the creativity, innovation, and international potential of Hong Kong’s fashion talent.

SFAA Foundation was honoured to organise the “Connecting Hong Kong Fashion Design Professionals with the UK Market” Outcome Sharing Seminar at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The seminar brought together industry leaders, academics, fashion designers, and sustainability advocates to exchange insights on the future of fashion, sustainable development, and international market opportunities. Discussions covered the green transformation of the footwear and jewellery industries, the preservation of Hong Kong’s tailoring heritage, and the evolution of cheongsam culture for a new generation.

We were also delighted to showcase the works of 8 selected Hong Kong fashion designs, demonstrating the creativity, innovation, and global potential of Hong Kong’s emerging fashion talent.

A sincere thank you to our distinguished speakers, supporting organisations, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and all participants who contributed to this meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences.
