🎁 「港青社企」盲盒慈善義賣：由港青同工、服務對象及社企藝術家用心打造，讓每一份驚喜，都承載一份關懷。

交流晚宴暨體驗日的收益將於扣除成本後，全數撥作社區服務；盲盒義賣收益則全數支援港青社企婦女、青年及社區服務，讓愛延續至長沙灣婦女、東涌社群及本地青年藝術家。

【 #港青人情事 - 把走過的路化作陪伴的力量💛】

每個人在人生都會有不同階段，在人生的某個時刻，我們或許都曾因為一個學習機會、一句鼓勵，或一份適時的支持，多了向前走的勇氣✨。當有一天，我們也能陪伴別人走過相似的路，那份曾經接住自己的溫暖，便有了延續。

來自印尼的 Parni 而言，港青正是她的故事起點🌱。20年前，她坐在港青的課室裡，學習電腦及簿記，希望以一技之長為自己開拓出路。從學員、義工、導師，到成為外籍僱員部同工，她一步步由接受支持的人，走向陪伴別人的服務者。

「因為走過相同的路，我明白離鄉別井的沉重，也理解外籍僱員渴望成長的心情。」

這份理解，讓她不只在課室裡分享知識，也在同路人遇上困難時，伸出援手🤝。曾經為自己尋找方向的她，如今把所學與經歷，化作支持更多人向前的力量。

【Y’s Story — Turning Experience into Support 💛】

Sometimes, a learning opportunity, a word of encouragement, or timely support gives us the courage to move forward ✨. When we help others along a similar path, the kindness we once received lives on.

For Parni, who comes from Indonesia, that journey began at YMCAHK 20 years ago 🌱. She enrolled in computer and bookkeeping classes, hoping to build a better future. From student to volunteer, instructor and now a staff member of our Migrant Workers Unit, she has grown from receiving support to supporting others.

“Having walked the same path, I know the weight of living away from home and their drive to grow.”

That understanding shapes her work, both in the classroom and when others face hardship 🤝.

【 #港青話你知 💬從關愛中學習成長🌏❤️】

課堂上的學習讓我們增長知識，課堂以外的經歷則讓我們學會理解與關懷。對港青基信書院的學生而言，每一次與人相遇、用心服務，都是成長的機會。🤝

港青基信書院早前舉辦的「服務外展週」有超過130名中三及中四學生參與5個義工服務團，走訪吉隆坡、台南、胡志明市，以及菲律賓的宿霧和杜馬加德，在不同社區實踐關愛。學生們在宿霧用心準備遊戲，與當地兒童互動交流；在台南為小學及幼稚園提供服務；在吉隆坡協助清潔安老院；並在越南透過當地社會企業，支援農村女性工匠。不同地方、不同形式的服務，讓學生認識各地社群的需要，也在交流中學習同理心與感恩。除了走訪以上地方，學生也從身邊的社區出發，將關愛化為行動。本地服務圍繞幼兒互動、長者關懷、社會共融、扶助貧困及環境可持續發展5大主題展開，讓學生從身邊出發，認識不同社群的需要。
從事前準備、排練到親身參與，學生不僅學習領導與團隊協作，更在交流中學會謙卑、同理心與感恩，將「彼此以愛守望」的核心價值化為行動。

是付出也是成長。每一次用心的互動，都讓學生更懂得關懷別人，珍惜自己所擁有的祝福與機會。🌱 💬 如果由你策劃一次義工服務，你會想怎樣關心社群需要？

【 Updates 💬 Connecting through service, caring through action 🌏❤️】

Learning builds knowledge, experiences beyond the classroom teach understanding and care. For YMCA Of Hong Kong Christian College (YHKCC) students, every encounter and act of service is a chance to grow. 🤝

During Service Outreach Week, over 130 Form 3 and 4 students joined five service trips to Kuala Lumpur, Tainan, Ho Chi Minh City, Cebu and Dumaguete.

They prepared games for children in Cebu, served primary schools and kindergartens in Tainan, helped clean an elderly home in Kuala Lumpur, and supported rural women artisans through a social enterprise in Vietnam.

Closer to home, students served across five themes: engaging young children, caring for elderly, social inclusion, poverty relief, and environmental sustainability.

From preparation and rehearsals to hands-on service, students developed leadership and teamwork while learning humility, empathy, and gratitude—putting the school's core value of “Care for one another in love” into action.

Service is about giving and growing. Each interaction helped students care for others and appreciate their own blessings and opportunities. 🌱

中秋前夕，香港基督教青年會舉行「2026年度員工大會暨中秋聯歡茶會」。來自不同服務單位、專業範疇及崗位的同工聚首一堂，在分享、交流和歡笑中回顧過去一年的服務點滴，也再一次凝聚服務社群的共同使命。🌕

大會以詩歌敬拜揭開序幕，讓大家在忙碌的工作中安靜下來，一同感恩。台上同工分享了多項前線服務故事及未來計劃，包括社區派飯、家庭義工服務，以及支援有特殊教育需要（SEN）學生探索職涯方向等。每個故事背後，都是港青同工以愛心和專業回應社會需要的足跡。無論是前線還是後勤、服務單位還是行政團隊，大家在不同崗位上彼此配搭，為兒童、青年、家庭及社區帶來支持和希望。
適逢中秋佳節，由8位同工組成的「員工康樂委員會」特別準備了猜燈謎遊戲🏮，讓同工一邊品嚐美食，一邊感受節日氣氛。委員會將負責籌辦未來一年的員工活動，希望同工在忙碌的工作之餘，也能一起放鬆身心、增進情誼。

大會亦安排了「港青ESG冷知識問答大賽」🌱，讓大家在輕鬆的比賽中加深對可持續發展的認識。各隊同工一齊動腦筋、熱烈討論，現場笑聲不斷。這些溫馨的互動為大會增添了節日色彩，也讓不同團隊的同工多了交流的機會，感受到港青大家庭的連結與溫度。

【 updates – Walking Together, Celebrating Mid-Autumn】

Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, YMCA of Hong Kong held its "2026 Staff General Meeting cm Mid-Autumn Tea Gathering". Colleagues from different units and roles came together to look back on a year of service and renew our shared mission to serve the community. 🌕

The meeting opened with worship, as we paused to give thanks together. Colleagues shared frontline stories and future plans, including community meal distribution, family volunteering, and helping students with special educational needs (SEN) explore career paths. Behind every story are YMCA colleagues meeting social needs with love and professionalism. Frontline or back office, everyone works hand in hand to bring support and hope to children, youth, families, and the community.

To celebrate the festival, our 8-member Staff Recreation Committee prepared lantern riddles 🏮 for colleagues to enjoy alongside good food. The Committee will organise staff activities in the coming year, helping colleagues relax and build friendships beyond busy workdays.

The "YMCAHK ESG Fun Facts Quiz" 🌱 also helped everyone learn more about sustainability in a light-hearted way. Teams put their heads together, and laughter filled the room. These warm moments added festive cheer, created more chances to connect across teams, and reflected the warmth of our YMCAHK family.

剛過去的中秋，總幹事、酒店管理團隊及港青社企餐廳「迦拿 Café Imagine」的多元教育需要（SEN）學員們親手製作「迦拿月餅」，將節日祝福化成一份份暖心禮物，送到社區不同角落。🌕✨

這次計劃不只是製作月餅，更是一趟發掘技能、連繫社區的旅程。學員們除了學習製作月餅，亦參與環保布袋的生產，即使遇上不熟悉的工序，或成品未如理想，他們仍不怕困難，願意一次又一次嘗試、調整和改良，只為盡心傳遞每一份心意。

港青很榮幸獲得展亮技能發展中心協助製作環保布袋，以及聖雅各福群會借出廚房，讓團隊攜手完成這份充滿心思的中秋祝福。享用月餅後，布袋可重複使用，盛載日常用品，讓環保與關愛延續於生活之中。♻️

今次製作的200份迦拿月餅及環保布袋，分別送往銅鑼灣保良局、港青長沙灣中心及Café Imagine，讓小朋友、基層街坊及長者都能在節日中感受到被關心和重視。
由接受支援，到能夠主動付出、服務他人，學員們以行動展現每個人獨有的能力與價值，也為社區送上一份實在的溫暖。每一個小小的月餅背後，都盛載着他們的努力、堅持，以及希望與人分享喜悅的心意。

願這份來自「迦拿」的中秋心意，為更多有需要的人帶來溫暖，也讓我們看見：每個人都能以自己的方式，為社區出一分力。💛

【 Community Care – Every Pair of Hands Can Create Something Meaningful】

This Mid-Autumn Festival, our General Secretary, Hotel Management Team of YMCA of Hong Kong, and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from YMCA of Hong Kong’s social enterprise restaurant, Café Imagine, handcrafted “Café Imagine Mooncakes” and transformed festive wishes into heartfelt gifts for the community. 🌕✨

More than a mooncake-making project, this was a journey of discovering skills and building community connections. Alongside learning to make mooncakes, students also took part in producing reusable fabric bags. When faced with unfamiliar steps or results that did not turn out as expected, they persevered—trying again, refining their work, and putting care into every gift.

We sincerely thank Bright Skills Development Centre for supporting the production of the eco-friendly bags, and St. James’ Settlement for generously lending its kitchen. After the mooncakes are enjoyed, the fabric bags can be reused for everyday essentials, extending both care for the community and care for the environment. ♻️

A total of 200 mooncake-and-bag gift sets were prepared and delivered to Po Leung K*k in Causeway Bay, YMCA of Hong Kong Cheung Sha Wan Centre, and Café Imagine, bringing festive warmth to children, grassroots families, and elderly.

From receiving support to giving back, the students have shown that everyone has unique abilities and value. Behind every mooncake is their dedication, perseverance and wish to share joy with others. 💛

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a wonderful time to reunite with loved ones and express gratitude to those around us.

This festival, our General Secretary and Hotel Management Team of YMCA of Hong Kong gathered at the staff canteen to personally serve delicious meals, drinks, and desserts to our team. These thoughtful meals and warm greetings brought a sense of connection and care to a busy workday.

YMCA of Hong Kong deeply values every staff member dedicated to serving the community. Serving lunch in person and sharing a kind word are simple ways we recognize and thank our colleagues for their hard work.

Pausing to share a meal and catch up strengthened our bonds and reinforced the spirit of mutual support that defines YMCA of Hong Kong.

中秋佳節將至，香港新時代獅子會及香港尖沙咀獅子會義工們於9月12日到訪長沙灣港青中心，與老人家及婦女們共度了一個充滿關愛與歡笑的下午。
活動當日，約30名獅子會義工到場合力包裝100個節日福袋，把心意送予有需要的社群。當日亦舉行中醫秋季養生茶飲工作坊，邀請一位中醫師分享秋季養生心得，並帶領現場 的婦女及長者們親手製作養生茶包，認識日常保健小知識，為自己與家人送上一份健康心意。🍵活動最後， 義工隊向婦女、長者及少數族裔朋友派發福袋，讓大家在團圓佳節前夕感受社區的溫暖與支持。
港青與獅子會一直合作多年，除了多次於中秋傳統節日前與港青長沙灣中心合作，派發福袋贈予基層街坊外，獅子會亦曾於聖誕節支持港青「Toy Reborn」活動 ，透過玩具升級再造及創意拼砌，與小朋友一起推動環保及可持續發展，實踐「青年會2030願景」。
本次中秋活動亦是港青「Y Faith in Action」企業社會責任（CSR）伙伴計劃的推動下，與企業伙伴一起將祝福送給社區有需要的人。港青將繼續秉持「Y Faith in Action」的精神，把信念化為實際行動，與不同伙伴攜手回應社區需要，讓婦女、長者及少數族裔朋友在佳節前夕感受到支持、連結與祝福。

【 Updates – “Y Faith in Action”: Lions Clubs x YMCA Cheung Sha Wan Centre Celebrate Mid-Autumn Together】🌕✨
Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, around 30 volunteers from the Lions Club of Hong Kong New Era and the Lions Club of Tsim Sha Tsui visited YMCA Cheung Sha Wan Centre on 12 September, sharing an afternoon of care and laughter with women and the elderly.
Together, they prepared 100 festive gift packs for people in need. A Chinese medicine practitioner also led an autumn wellness tea workshop, sharing seasonal health tips and guiding participants to make their own herbal tea packs. 🍵 Gift packs were later distributed to women, elderly and members of ethnic minority communities.
Through YMCA’s Y Faith in Action CSR Partnership Programme, we turn faith into action with our partners—bringing care, connection, and festive blessings to the community.

YMCA of Hong Kong tailors two-year training for students in the first and second years of middle school, from music theory, recording and mixing to music therapy, taking you to show your musical potential in an all-round way!

* Eligibility: Students entering S1 or S2 in September 2026

【 #港青社區情 – 一個連結社區的熱飯盒】

今日吃甚麼？對不少人來說，這可能是每天都會想的問題，無論是工作的日常還是假期的平常，我們都會想著如何以美味填滿我們的生活。但對一些社區中的基層工友和街坊而言，更現實的問題或許是：今天能否用有限的預算，吃上一頓熱飯？

團隊留意到長沙灣附近工友或街坊為了節省日常開支，只買麵包充飢。因為看到社區上的需要，就令團隊萌生推出「微光飯盒」的念頭，飯盒由港青酒店主廚為社企餐廳「迦拿 Café Imagine」精心烹調，以象徵式港幣 10 元，讓街坊能以可負擔的價錢，享用一頓安心又有營養的午餐。

「微光飯盒」的意義，從來不止於一餐溫飽。在「迦拿」門外等候飯盒時成為了街坊互相關心交流的時間。同時，微光飯盒亦為特殊教育需要（SEN）學員提供工作機會。學員在餐廳服務、整理及派發飯盒的過程中，學習與人溝通及承擔責任。有學員即使遇上突如其來的大雨，仍先以身體保護飯盒，不讓雨水濺濕食物，因為他知道：「很多人需要這些飯盒。」這份認真與責任感，正正展現了微光飯盒另一份意義。

一個飯盒，大家可能只視為一份飽足，但「微光飯盒」目的是讓人看見更多社區需要，這份「微光」，雖然不算耀眼，卻像燈塔一樣照見社區中容易被忽略的人及事，為正在前行的人指引方向、送上溫暖。繼續關注我們的社交平台，一同見證港青在社區走過的每一步。

【 - A Hot Meal That Connects the Community】
What shall we eat today? For many of us, it is an everyday question. But for some workers and neighbours, the more pressing question may be: Can I afford a hot meal today?

Our team noticed that some nearby workers and residents in Cheung Sha Wan were relying on bread to save on daily expenses. Seeing this need, we launched the “Glowing Lunchbox” initiative.

Prepared by chefs from The Salisbury – YMCA of Hong Kong, for our social enterprise restaurant, Café Imagine, each lunchbox is offered at a nominal price of HK$10, giving neighbours access to an affordable, warm, and nourishing lunch.

Yet, the Glowing Lunchbox means more than a meal. While waiting outside Café Imagine, neighbours have found time and space to chat, connect and look out for one another. The initiative also creates meaningful work opportunities for trainees with Special Educational Needs (SEN). By serving customers, preparing, and distributing lunchboxes, they develop communication skills, confidence and a sense of responsibility. During a sudden downpour, one trainee’s first instinct was to protect the lunchboxes from the rain. “Many people need these lunchboxes,” he said.

A lunchbox may seem small, but every act of care can shine like a beacon—revealing overlooked needs, bringing warmth to the community, and guiding us forward in faith, hope, and love. Follow our social media channels and join us in witnessing every step YMCAHK takes alongside the community.

喜歡用相機留住每一刻的攝影的你，通常都不會錯過美麗而又珍貴的事物，由9月18日開始直至9月20日，誠邀你親臨港青尖沙咀總部大堂，走進「愛・永不止息」港青花祭，在花藝裝置與光影之間，感受愛意流動，細味值得珍藏的相聚時刻。

每組均設冠、亞、季軍，冠軍可獲再臨閣自助午餐券及自助晚餐券兩張，亞軍可獲自助晚餐券兩張，季軍可獲自助午餐券兩張。公開組可透過作品呈現你眼中的「愛・永不止息」；親子組則可從孩子的視角，以鏡頭向一位特別的人傳遞感謝與愛意。我們亦誠意附上上一年的港青夏日花祭照片，讓大家一同感受當日的氣氛。

Bring along your phone or camera to capture the floral installations, or a moment that speaks of love and gratitude. Join our “Love Never Ends” Photography Competition and turn a fleeting moment into a treasured memory.

Each category features Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up prizes, including buffet lunch and dinner vouchers at The Salisbury’s Terrace Restaurant.
Share your own interpretation of love through photography or create a meaningful work with your child to express appreciation for someone special.
