At this Unconscious Bias Symposium, we moved beyond theory into real conversation—where learning turned into honest dialogue.

Our speakers set the stage and shared practical perspectives, while the panel offered candid insights and invited vulnerability. Then the audience Q&A took over—turning into an interactive exchange that challenged assumptions, including: “Is bias good or bad?” That question opened space for deeper reflection, and the discussion became more than a session—it became a shared moment of growth.
