Gay Harmony大同 大同Gay Harmony為香港其中一間為同志組織。我們致力為男同志提供支援服務

Gay Harmony大同於二零零九年二月十四日成立，身為男同志，觀察到社群有很多需求得不到滿足，原因是香港同志社群缺乏資源，如同志性教育、性別認同及同志權益等範疇等。對男同志社群而言這些資源依然伸手難及，所以於情人佳節決志成立Gay Harmony大同為男同志社群服務，幫助社群成長。

接種晒兩劑猴痘疫苗唔一定完全免疫，但係真係少好多人感染，就算感染咗，病徵都較為輕微。

根據美國CDC統計，喺2022年5月至2024年5月期間，共有32,819宗猴痘感染，其中僅有271人係完成咗疫苗接種，佔所有個案嘅0.8%。而相比未接種疫苗人士，接種晒疫苗後出現嘅病徵也較少，較輕微，較少人住院，也沒有死亡個案。

如果你仲未接種猴痘疫苗，都仲有得接種，可以去任意一間社會衞生科診所，或者油麻地綜合治療中心。唔需要預約，合資格人士費用全免。

Fully vaccinated with Mpox, does not mean 100% immune. But there are fewer get infected, and even infected, the symptoms are less severe.

According to US CDC statistics, during May 2022 to May 2024, there were 32,819 Mpox infections. Only 271 of them were fully vaccinated, is about 0.8% of all cases.

Compare to those who were not vaccinated, fully vaccinated patients had less symptoms, were less severe, lower hospitalized rate, had no death due to Mpox infections.

If you have not vaccinated, you still have chance. You can visit any Social Hygiene Clinics or Yau Ma Tei Integrated Treatment Centre. No booking required, and free of charge if you are eligible.

台北西門紅樓的一間酒吧，在週六 (3日) 的BDSM主題日被警察持搜查令搜查，帶走酒吧店長及50多名顧客。當中執法過程惹來爭議，各個同志團體於週日 (4日) 於西門紅樓前集會遊行，抗議警方執法過當。

警方指多次收到 Commander D 酒吧出現妨害風化的技訴，在蒐集證據及去法院申請到搜查令後，搜查酒吧，並以「提供場所作妨害風化」拘捕酒吧負責人，另有50多名顧客因妨害風化而被帶走。

網上有貼文指，警方到場後要求所有人蹲下，不能穿回上衣，不能用手機，不能談話。亦有人錄音指警察稱「他殘障還可以在裡面做愛喔？」的言論，懷疑侮辱殘疾人士。

因應警察執法惹議，9個同志團體發出聯合聲明譴責，要求啟動獨立調查，查清警察執法時的不當行為。另外，有組織申請於西門紅樓外集會遊行獲批，於週日下午1時舉行。

A bar in XiMen was raided by the Police on Saturday (3). There was also a BDSM-themed event in the bar. The police have taken the operator and more than 50 customers. But some stated the police violated regulations during raid. Some NGOs gathered and protested in front of the XiMen police station.

Police stated they have received multiple complaints about indecency acts inside the bar. They have gathered evidences and granted valid warrant. The operator of the bar was taken away, for "Providing venues for acts against morality". While more than 50 customers were taken away for "acts against morality".

Some social media posts provided what happened in the bar. The police required everyone to squat. Customers were not allowed for putting clothes back on, using mobile or chatting.

A voice recording also revealed a police might mocked a disabled person "He was a disabled and could make love inside there?"

To react with the accused police violations, 9 LGBT+ organizations published joint-statement, requesting independent investigation on accused violations. In addition, a permit for gathering, protesting and marching, in front of the XiMen police station, on 4 Oct was granted.

【外展猴痘疫苗接種服務】

因應近日錄得猴痘個案顯著上升，衞生署衞生防護中心（中心）已推出一系列針對性防控措施，包括為高風險群組接種猴痘疫苗。

除了衞生署轄下全部社會衞生科診所，及九龍亞皆老街147C號的衞生防護中心大樓增設額外猴痘疫苗接種中心外，中心會與非政府組織合作，安排外展疫苗接種服務。現時已安排的服務詳情如下：

（一）再思社區健康組織

美國堪薩斯州實行新法律，禁止跨性別人士使用性別認同的洗手間。於是，幾位組成「合規小隊」的跨性別男性，穿上醒目的黃色衣服，按法律要求使用女洗手間，卻被報警，甚至警察到場後才知道已實行新法律。

正如香港有關跨性別人士使用公廁的案件，判詞當中提到限制跨性別人士使用出生時指定性別的洗手間，只會引起其他洗手間使用者的擔憂及恐慌，而這次「合規小隊」就正正展示出這點。

在美國，這條新法律已遭到法律挑戰，最終結果仍然未知。而香港跨性別人士使用公廁案件，於原審勝訴，政府已提出上訴。

A new law in Kansas, US has gone effective, which prohibits transgender people from using the toilet, according to their gender identity. A few transmen from Compliance Crew, in sharp, yellow t-shirt, entered female toilets, but were reported to the police. Even the police did not know the existence of new law.

Just like the Judge mentioned in the ruling of transgender people using public toilet in Hong Kong. Restricting them to use toilets based on the Assigned Gender At Birth, might cause more worries and panic from other toilet users. And I can say, Compliance Crew have demonstrated for us all.

In the US, the new law has being challenged, but the ruling is not out yet. And for the Hong Kong judicial review, the plaintiff has scored their first win, but the government decided to appeal.

新加坡一項新法例，在8月中已生效，未得同意下製作親密影像，包括利用AI產生圖像，是違法的，最高可被判監兩年及罰款。

在香港，製作親密影像並非違法，除非那影像是兒童色情物品。在2025年香港的一名大學生，未經同意把女同學的社交媒體照片，以AI製作親密影像，但法律只禁止發佈、而非製作親密影像，受害人無法得到法律保護。

儘管最近社會在討論性罪行的修訂，但是政府提出的草案，仍然未為以AI工具製作親密影像設下任何限制，法律上的漏洞依然存在。

A new Singapore law went effective in mid-August, which is making intimate images without consent, including the use of generative AI. The offender may face imprisonment for up to 2 years, and any fine applicable.

In Hong Kong, making intimate images itself is not illegal, unless underage people was engaged. Back in 2025, a Hong Kong student who was studying in university, generating intimate images with AI, using images from their social media. However, since the law only prohibits distributing intimate images, but not making, the protection is very limited.

Even the society is having discussions on sexual offends, the bill proposed by the government did not include the use of AI tools. The legal loopholes are not filled yet.

在2026年至今的23宗的猴痘感染裡，八月以來，佔了13宗，一半再多一點，雖然不知道原因，但是如果看到這裡的你還沒接種疫苗，仍然可以去接種的。

而在八月以來的新增個案，有9宗只在香港有高風險接觸，4宗在香港以外，有1宗是香港以內以外也有高風險接觸。所以就算是沒有離境的朋友，在香港有與陌生人發生高風險接觸，也是有很大的感染風險。

目前所有社會衞生科診所，及衞生署油麻地綜合治療中心，也會提供猴痘疫苗接種。猴痘疫苗接種不需要提前預約，也是免費提供的。

In 23 new infections recorded in 2026, 13 of them were recorded in August, more than half. We might not know the reasons behind, but if you have not vaccinated, you can have it.

For the 13 infections in August, 9 of them had high-risk contact in Hong Kong only; 4 had contacts outside of Hong Kong, and 1 had both inside and outside of Hong Kong. It shown that even had contacts with strangers in Hong Kong only, are still at high risk.

At the moment of writing, all Social Hygiene Clinics, and Yau Ma Tei Integrated Treatment Centre provide free vaccination. No prior appointments have to be made before visiting.

土耳其在當地13日星期日，全國各地大規模搜查同志酒吧、平權組織，當中包括現任及前任職員的住所。至今超過100人被捕，起碼31人被囚，被搜查的平權組織網頁也遭到封鎖。

而在當地星期二，最大的兩個城市，伊士麥及伊斯坦堡均有大批民眾聚集，並抗議政府的拘捕行動，但遭警察施放催淚氣體及使用胡椒噴劑，示威中有超過150人被拘留。

政府稱這次行動是「保護兒童、家庭及公眾秩序」，屬於挽救土耳其生育率的一部分。

Turkey raided LGBT+ bars and right organization country-wide on Sunday. The homes of current and former staffs of organizations were also raided. More than 60 people were arrested and at least 31 have been jailed. The websites of raided organizations were also blocked.

And on Tuesday, in the 2 largest cities, İzmir and Istanbul, there were protests against the raids targeting LGBT+ communities. Protesters were pepper sprayed and teargassed. At least 150 protestors were detained.

The government claimed the operation is “to protest children, family and the public order.”. And is a part of the policy to raise the fertility in Turkey.
