德國首都柏林在7月26日舉辦一場同志遊行，但是一名人士駕駛客貨車衝入人群，造成一死，起碼29人傷。

主辦單位已因安全考慮，取消餘下所有活動，數以千計民眾事發後，前往布蘭登堡門參與悼念活動，放上彩虹旗及鮮花。

當日稍後，疑犯持刀衝向警察被擊斃。但據說疑犯不止一人，當地警方正在搜捕其他涉案人士。

Berlin, the capital of German was holding Pride Parade, but a person drove a van into the crowd of the parade. Causing one death, and at least 29 people injured.

The organizer has cancelled the rest of the events. Thousands of people later gathered in Brandenburg Gate and held a vigil, rainbow flags and flowers were placed on floor.

Later that day, the suspect was shotted dead because he charged at the police officer while holding a knife. However, it is rumored there is more than one suspect, the police is searching for those who were involved.

淋病是一種很容易出現抗藥性的細菌，但是近幾年的抗藥性急升，還有甚麼方法可以應對

衛生防護中心的數據顯示，淋病對目前一線藥物抗藥性，自2023年起急升，由往常的最高7個個案，升至2023年的25宗，維持在30宗左右水平。

科學家在2017年時發現，有一種疫苗可能會減少淋病感染，但是在最新研究顯示，這疫苗對男男性接觸者的保護力，跟安慰劑差不多，並沒有任何預防效果。

儘管安全套仍然是非常有效預防淋病，但是大多數抗藥性淋病，是在咽喉部分發現，跟現時大眾的安全套使用習慣不一樣。當抗菌素逐漸失效，而未有疫苗預防，社會下一步要怎樣去應對越來越嚴重的淋病感染?

Gonorrhea is a bacterial infection which easily develops drug-resistance. Recent years, the number of drug-resistant gonorrhea is increasing rapidly, what could be the solutions?

According to CHP, the drug-resistance of gonorrhea against first-line medication, rise from 7 cases, to 25 in 2023, and maintaining at about 30 cases each year.

Researchers found in 2017 that, a vaccine, named 4CMenB, may reduce gonorrhea infections. But the latest research showed 4CMenB has the same level of protection as placebo, which means 4CMenB could not protect MSMs from gonorrhea infections.

Even condom is a very effective way to prevent gonorrhea, but most of the drug-resistant gonorrhea is found in pharynx, different from the condom use habit of most people.

When anti-microbial is starting to lose, and vaccine is not yet ready. How could the society act to deal with growing gonorrhea infections?

政府即將修訂不同性罪行，當中有些甚麼是包括在內呢?

增設了性同意的定義，也增加了一系列被視為沒有同意的情境，當然，這些情境不是所有的可能性，法官遇上沒有的情境時，也要自行判斷有沒有給予同意的可能。

性罪行不再按性別性傾向劃分，強姦罪不再只限於「陰莖插入陰道」，而是「身體或物品插入陰道、肛門或尿道」也可成立，非禮罪也納入了潑灑液體的罪行。

真誠地但同時錯誤地相信的辯解，也要求被告證明自己有確認對方同意的行為，才可以考慮是否合理。

兒童相關的性罪行，劃一年齡在16歲或以下，而且罪行也不提及特定性別，並增加各項其他與保護兒童及精神上缺損人士的性罪行。

香港的性罪行一直沿用著70年前的英國法律，由要求改革到有眉目的今年，大概也有20年，你覺得這些改變能否回應社會的變遷及要求呢?

The government is about to amend the sexual offence laws in Hong Kong, what will be included?

The legal concept of consent is introduced, and a list of non-consent situation is provided. However, the judge still needs to determine if consent was given if the situation was not included.

S*xual offences are no longer catergorised in gender or sexual orientation. R**e will have a wider scope, able to apply when bodily parts or objects were inserted to one’s va**na, urethra or a**s. S*xual assault will include spilling substances on someone as well.

Genuine but wrongly believe consent was given, will require the defendant to prove measures were taken to get consent. And after that, their belief can be judged reasonable or not.

S*xual offences related to underage people. The age of consent is uniformed at 16 years old. Multiple laws with different ages, or gender-specific will be changed. There are new laws to protect underage people and people who are mentally impaired.

Hong Kong has been using sexual offences originated from 70 years ago UK. And it takes about 20 years to amend the laws. Do you think the changes proposed could accommodate the needs these days?
