【由學生領袖舉辦嘅多元文化市集 🎪 Student-led Cultural Bazaar for an inclusive campus】

喺 Resolve，我哋相信每個人—包括學生—都可以成為社群領袖，一齊建造更共融嘅社會！喺我哋嘅「同理同行」共融校園計劃入面，我哋提供了種子基金，令學生可以喺校園推動改變，將佢哋嘅諗法變成現實。🛠️

一齊睇下呢個由學生親自設計、帶領同執行嘅項目！明愛屯門馬登基金中學嘅學生領袖早前舉辦咗一個多元文化市集，希望打破溝通隔閡，促進跨文化交流。為咗確保每一種文化都可以真實展現，學生領袖特意招募咗唔同背景嘅同學一齊參與。呢個市集攤位由華裔同多元種族學生共同籌辦，展示咗學校非常多元嘅學生背景，仲俾大家親自分享自己文化嘅歷史、傳統服飾同美食。滑動了解更多項目詳情～

At Resolve, we believe that everyone, including students, has the power to be a changemaker for a more inclusive society! Through the Stand By Me Inclusive School Program, we empower students to drive real change on their campuses by providing seed funding to turn their ideas into reality. 🛠️

Let’s take a look at one of the projects entirely designed, led, and executed by students! Student Leaders from Caritas Tuen Mun Marden Foundation Secondary School organized a vibrant Cultural Bazaar to bridge communication gaps and foster cross-cultural understanding. To ensure true representation, the student leaders intentionally recruited peers from diverse backgrounds so every culture was authentically shared. Co-organized by ethnically Chinese and ethnically diverse students, the event showcased the school’s hugely diverse student body and allowed students to share their history, traditional costumes, and food from different cultures. 【為平機會主持交流會 🙌 Facilitating peer exchange for the Equal Opportunities Commission】

Resolve 好榮幸獲邀為平等機會委員會主持一場交流會，集結咗來自各大本地機構嘅高層領袖。喺互動討論環節入面，大家回顧過往共融成果，分享最佳實踐經驗，並為香港職場共融嘅下一階段繪製藍圖。💬

Resolve recently had the privilege of facilitating a peer-exchange session for the Equal Opportunities Commission, bringing together senior leaders across major organizations. The interactive session created a candid space to review the inclusion process, exchange best practices, and chart the next phase of workplace inclusion across Hong Kong.💬

This exchange laid powerful groundwork to co-create an inclusive future in Hong Kong. A massive thank you to EOC for providing us with the opportunity to facilitate the session with the Gold Award recipients in the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Employers Award Scheme!

【Linda 嘅種族多元倡議之旅 💫Linda’s Advocacy Journey to advance racial diversity】

Linda 係 2025 年學員，亦係第八輪機會基金獲資助學員之一。佢一直以嚟都積極為香港嘅多元種族社群發聲，爭取平等同共融。

透過育才計劃嘅工作坊，Linda 慢慢變得更有信心，敢於公開分享自己嘅故事，並且喺導師同其他學員身上得到靈感同啓發。「即使我平時未必會咁深入分享個人故事，但親身體會到傳遞故事帶俾其他人嘅共鳴同感染力，確實俾咗我唔少發聲嘅勇氣。」

最終，佢將熱誠轉化為具體嘅社會影響項目「Food-4-Life 」，係一個全方位健康計劃，用嚟支援患有非傳染性疾病嘅尋求庇護者，旨在令佢哋重獲健康自主權。

「我想令邊緣社群感受到被理解與接納，同埋獲得真正嘅安全感同歸屬感。」

Linda is our 2025 Fellow and 8th round Opportunity Fund Grantees. She has been advocating for equality and inclusion for Hong Kong’s ethnically diverse communities.

At Fellowship workshops, Linda gradually became more confident to share her story publicly, and gained inspiration from Mentors and other Fellows. “Even if I don't always share something that intimate, experiencing the raw power of storytelling firsthand boosted my confidence to speak out.”

Ultimately, she turned her passion into a concrete social impact project, Food-4-Life, a holistic health program to empower asylum seekers navigating non-communicable diseases, aiming to put the power of health control back into their hands.

“I want to help marginalized communities feel welcome at the table and have a true sense of safety and belonging.”
