【領導才能】旗艦工作計劃 |「築」夢寶石．無限可能 From Inspiration To Action
與「少年警訊」以及「香港大學獎學金運動員舊生會」合辦，透過『校園真人圖書館』與 『司儀培訓』 ，讓本地及少數族裔中學生了解職涯規劃，以及增強表達能力，並學習如何將運動員的「韌性」轉化為未來面對社會的「競爭力」，勇於追夢。

第一站｜《築夢多元校園：跨界職涯解碼》 - 恩平工商會李琳明中學
讓少數族裔同學近距離面對面「翻閱」星級嘉賓的職涯故事。例如有退役香港運動員變成腦神經外科醫生、南亞裔督察，仲有創科企業嘉賓透過分享自身經歷勉勵學生，鼓勵學生勇於嘗試，以及教導學生如何面對失敗與困境。
第二站｜ 《築夢多元校園：跨界職涯解碼》 - 中華聖潔會靈風中學
邀請8位嘉賓與學生分享「真人圖書館」, 以多元生命故事成功打破了學生原有的認知局限，從強調外在與專業的醫療美容醫師、代表汗水與榮譽的前港隊運動員、突破身體限制的視障心理學專家，到實戰經驗豐富的創業零售企業家、甚至是一般大眾較少有機會深入接觸的紀律部隊警長。
【一連三站「 司儀採訪訓練班」】
第三站｜司儀採訪訓練班I - 肢體及語言技巧
帶領少數族裔同學由最基礎嘅站姿、眼神接觸同聲線運用做起，教大家點樣克服怯場、用自信自然嘅肢體語言表達自己。現場更有即時演練同回饋，本地同學同南亞裔同學一齊開口練習廣東話同英語發音，成功跨出突破自我的第一步！
第四站｜司儀採訪訓練班II - 採訪技巧
教導少數族裔同學點樣由淺入深咁提問同追問。在小組模擬採訪中，跨文化嘅隊友們展現出驚人嘅默契，有人負責帶節奏、有人負責記錄，在互相補位中學習用尊重同好奇心打開對話 。
第五站｜司儀採訪訓練班III - 剪片技巧
教授剪接邏輯、節奏掌握同字幕設計。大家一齊把採訪素材整理成緊湊有質感的短片，用畫面同字幕打破語言壁壘，令作品成為連結不同族群嘅橋樑 。
第六站｜演講表達技巧
教授聖保羅書院中學生演說技巧, 由發聲, 語調, 以至表達內容, 令學生全方位掌握。
第七站｜訪問港大前精英運動員
由少數族裔同學同學親自策劃提問，訪問跨界專業人士 Karen Lo(港大前精英運動員、運動及表現心理學家、Inner Edge 創辦人)。Karen 分享咗由精英運動員轉型為專業心理學家的心路歷程，並從專業角度教大家點樣面對壓力、建立自信同提升表現。
第八站｜訪問少數族裔紀錄部隊
採訪少數族裔消防員與警察, 認識多元職捱與服務社會的故事。
讓我們一齊「築」起夢想, 在少數族裔同學們心中放下夢想的種子, 當這顆種子發芽生長的時候，燃亮每位同學的人生，將自打磨成最耀眼的「寶石」，邁向無限可能！
Leadership Flagship Program | From Inspiration To Action
Co-organized with Junior Police Call and the University of Hong Kong Scholar-Athlete Alumni Association, this program utilizes "Human Libraries on Campus" and "MC Training" to help local and ethnic minority secondary school students understand career planning and enhance their communication skills. Students learn to transform an athlete's resilience into the competitive edge needed for their future in society, empowering them to pursue their dreams with confidence.

Station 1 | "Building Dreams in a Diverse Campus: Cross-Sector Career Decoded" – Yan Ping Arts & Artists Association Lee Lim Ming College
Ethnic minority students engaged in close, face-to-face interactions to "read" the career stories of guest speakers. Highlights included a retired Hong Kong athlete turned neurosurgeon and a South Asian police inspector, alongside guest speakers from tech startups. By sharing their personal journeys, the speakers encouraged students to venture outside their comfort zones and taught them how to navigate failure and adversity.
Station 2 | "Building Dreams in a Diverse Campus: Cross-Sector Career Decoded" – Chinese Holiness Church Living Spirit College
Eight guest speakers participated in a "Human Library" session, sharing diverse life stories that challenged students' existing perspectives. Guests included a medical aesthetics doctor balancing professional precision and aesthetics, a former Hong Kong team athlete representing grit and honor, a visually impaired psychology expert who transcended physical limitations, an experienced retail entrepreneur, and a police sergeant from the disciplined services—an industry students rarely get to explore in depth.
Station 3 | MC & Interview Workshop I: Body Language & Vocal Techniques
Guided ethnic minority students through foundational skills, including posture, eye contact, and vocal delivery. Students learned to overcome stage fright and express themselves with natural, confident body language. Through live practice and real-time feedback, local and South Asian students practiced Cantonese and English pronunciation together, taking a significant step toward self-breakthrough.
Station 4 | MC & Interview Workshop II: Interviewing Techniques
Taught ethnic minority students how to structure progressive questions and ask follow-up questions. During group mock interviews, cross-cultural teammates demonstrated impressive chemistry—with some guiding the pace and others taking notes—learning to open up dialogues with respect and curiosity while supporting one another.
Station 5 | MC & Interview Workshop III: Video Editing Skills
Covered video editing logic, pacing, and subtitle design. Participants collaborated to refine raw interview footage into concise, high-quality short videos, using visuals and captions to bridge language barriers and turn their projects into connections between different communities.
Station 6 | Public Speaking & Expression Techniques
Provided St. Paul's College students with comprehensive public speaking training, covering vocalization, tone modulation, and content structuring to master public expression.
Station 7 | Interviewing Former HKU Elite Athletes
Planned and conducted by ethnic minority
students, this session featured an interview with cross-sector professional Karen Lo (former HKU elite athlete, Sports and Performance Psychologist, and founder of Inner Edge). Karen shared her personal transition from elite athlete to professional psychologist, offering expert advice on managing stress, building self-confidence, and boosting performance.
Station 8 | Interviewing Ethnic Minority Disciplined Services Personnel
Students interviewed ethnic minority firefighters and police officers to learn about diverse career paths and stories of community service.
Together, let us build these dreams and plant their seeds in the hearts of ethnic minority students. As these seeds take root and grow, may they illuminate each student's life path, polishing them into brilliant gems destined for endless possibilities!
