香港童軍總會沙田東第四十三旅創立於1996年，隸屬於新界東地域，主辦機構為香港童軍總會沙田東區區務委員會，為公開旅及男女混合旅，現設有小、幼童軍、童軍、深資童軍及樂行童軍團。本旅於沙田東區總部集會。本旅成立之目的，冀能為青年提供了一個課堂外之訓練組織，透過各項童軍技能，使年青人養成獨立而合群的個性，並使之成為良好公民。
