When coaches dropped by our centre, our members were ready to play! 🔥 Dribbling, controlling, shooting - every move full of energy! They even nailed some stunning goals that had the coaches cheering!🥳 Huge thanks to Manchester City F.C., City Football Foundation, and the volunteers from the British Consulate-General Hong Kong () for bringing us this unforgettable session. Football really does have the power to connect and engage! ⚽🙌🏼

Taking care of children with special needs is not easy. Since last year, we’ve been hosting our Breakfast Club 🥪🍵 for parents to connect, learn, and most importantly, support one another 🤝. From dumpling-making led by a parent🥟, to photography tips from our colleague 📸, and inspiring guest speakers sharing valuable insights💬, each session helps build a stronger caregiver support network.
If you’d like to share your expertise, host a fun activity, or sponsor breakfast and coffee, we’d love to hear from you. 🙌🏼

照顧特殊需要仔女絕對唔容易，所以我哋自去年開始，不定期舉辦早餐聚會🥪🍵，等家長們可以聚首一堂，一齊學習、交流，最重要係互相支持。喺過去一年，我哋邀請咗家長教授包家鄉餃子🥟，又有同事分享攝影技巧📸，同埋邀請嘉賓講者帶嚟唔同主題嘅分享，逐步聯繫照顧者建立一個更有力嘅支援網絡。

This week, instead of brewing coffee, the amazing team from Starbucks Asia Pacific was brewing positive energy! ☕️✨

A massive thank you to the Starbucks Asia Pacific volunteers for joining our Love 21 members for a high-energy fitness training session. From warming up to tackling core exercises, everyone pushed their limits, shared high-fives, and filled the room with smiles and sweat! 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♂️

Thank you, Starbucks Asia Pacific, for stepping onto the fitness floor with us and championing inclusion through health and wellness. You definitely added an extra shot of happiness and motivation to our community! 💚☕️🌟 Thank you team for the coordination as well!

👨🏻The “secret” of Hayes’ fitness journey | 上熙的健身秘密 💪🏻
Hayes only learned to walk after the age of three, and even stepping off a small curb would make him hesitate due to balance challenges🚶🏻😣. He had little interest in sports and often preferred staying on the sofa, scrolling on his phone🤳🏻. Through Love 21’s fitness classes, however, Hayes not only discovered a passion for exercise but also began to build his confidence 😀💫.

上熙三歲之後先學識行路，就算只係落一級細細嘅路壆，都會因為平衡唔穩而猶豫好耐🚶🏻😣。佢以前對運動完全無興趣，成日都係坐喺梳化度玩電話🤳🏻。但參加咗 Love 21 嘅健身班之後，上熙不單止培養咗對運動嘅興趣，仲慢慢建立起自信 😀💫。

We’ve recently set up our board game group - but our members were playing for much more than just points! Board games are an incredible tool for practicing vital social skills in real-time. Our members practiced:
⏱️ Waiting patiently for their turn
🗣️ Reminding each other when it’s their move
🧠 Staying focused on the game
🤝 Exhibiting great sportsmanship - cheering each other on, playing fairly, and practicing how to lose gracefully!

The science behind the fun is infinite!
