香港童軍總會 Scout Association of Hong Kong

香港童軍總會是香港成員人數最多之青少年制服團體。童軍總會一直致力青少年的德育及通識教育工作，在成年領袖的引導下，透過富挑戰性及有進度性的訓練和活動，促進青少年德、智、體、群、美五育的發展。

童軍總會更設有一套領袖訓練系統，目的提升個人的能力及自信，課程內容包括領導才能、人際關係、管理技巧及傳統的童軍技能和施訓技巧。

Scout Association of Hong Kong is the largest uniformed youth organization with the mission to operate an education movement for young people. Under adult leadership and guidance, Scout members are provided with challenging and progressive

training programmes for their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual and aesthetic development. A systematic adult leader training scheme is established not only to equip leaders with traditional Scoutcraft skills and training methods, but also to enhance their personal abilities and self-confidence through leadership, human relations and management skills training.

To operate an education movement for young people providing them with challenging and progressive training programmes for their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual and aesthetic development.

Values
We recognize the importance for adults to act as role models to nurture young people:
