【龍形拳 ‧ 百年傳承 文化共賞】
龍形拳文化逾百載，源自上世紀由林耀桂宗師始創，現為省級非物質文化遺產。這套融匯剛柔的拳術，不僅承載著深厚的傳統智慧，更是中華文化的重要瑰寶。

【如心園「社區營造計劃」：三八婦女節—多元文化嘉年華】現場，龍形體育總會獲邀出席參與是次文化活動，與眾同樂；本會主席鄺子延先生更獲邀擔任啟動禮嘉賓，共同見證這場多元文化盛事。
誠摯感謝 華懋集團 贊助，以及 荃灣葵青區婦女會、啟蒙（科研）教育有限公司 合辦支持，讓傳統武術得以走進社區，與市民近距離交流，感受跨越世紀的文化底蘊，一同傳承武術精神。

🌟如心園「社區營造計劃」多元文化嘉年華｜3月8日（星期日）
來慶祝三八婦女節，一同玩遊戲、做手作，欣賞沉浸式表演！🎉
本次活動由荃灣葵青區婦女會聯同啟蒙(科研)教育有限公司合辦，邀請10間學校師生及多個社區機構參與，以「多元文化共融、社區連繫、傳遞祝福」為主題，將如心園優美綠化空間打造成文化交融嘅理想場地，讓不同族裔家庭在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中互相學習、互相欣賞！活動包括：
•🌈 多元文化攤位與遊戲*：來自10間學校嘅文化攤位，展示茶文化、抓周儀式、龍形拳以及各種美食與傳統服飾。
•✋手工藝工作坊*：製作草本紋身、設計苗銀頭飾，或參與禮儀文化桌遊創作，親手感受美學與祝福。
•🎭 露天劇場沉浸式表演：多間學校及團體嘅師生將帶來舞蹈、武術和朗誦，融合中華與少數族裔文化，為觀眾呈現精彩嘅文化碰撞。

🌟Nina Park Community Place-making Programme: Multicultural Carnival | 8 March (Sunday)
Join us to celebrate International Women’s Day with games, crafts, and immersive performances! 🎉
This event is organised by the Tsuen Wan & Kwai Tsing Women’s Association, together with STEM Enlightenment Education Centre Limited, featuring participation from ten schools and various community organisations. Under the theme of " Cultural Diversity • Community Connection • Sharing Blessings," we will transform Nina Park’s beautiful green spaces into an ideal venue for cultural exchange, allowing families from diverse backgrounds to learn from and appreciate one another in a relaxed atmosphere.
Activities include:
• 🌈 Multicultural booths & game zone*: Explore cultural booths from ten schools showcasing tea culture, the zhua zhou ceremony, dragon-style kung fu, and a variety of foods and traditional attire.
• ✋Craft workshops*: Create your own botanical temporary tattoos, design Miao silver headpieces, or participate in etiquette-themed board games, allowing you to engage with beauty and blessings through hands-on experiences.
• 🎭 Amphitheatre - immersive performances: Teachers and students from schools will present a captivating mix of dance, martial arts, and recitations that blend Chinese and minority cultures, showcasing vibrant cultural interactions.
